This essay discuss on how the digital high-definition of our screens is a phenomenon that combines with the notion of symbolic racism, through the building of pleasurable experiences of audiovisual brands. This happens because the HD is bound to digital neoliberal structures that lead to income and fidelity, but build paradoxes of self-regulation and immutable racist structures. Such interaction of media, producers and audiences are supported by what has been called audiovisual ignorances. These are false beliefs or absence of real beliefs which are consistent with questionable anti-racist practices that place the racist problem in the circumstantial, without reaching critical or structural reconfigurations.

This new supranational dimension of the Radio is also increased by the renewed rise of religious radio stations and new approaches to old propagandist radio, all also taking advantage of the possibilities offered by internet. Radio is now more international than ever.

In order to learn about the characteristics, challenges and difficulties of broadcasting 360° events, this paper takes as a case study the broadcasting of the Goya Awards Gala on RTVE. This is a live event where the most outstanding figures of Spanish cinema during the previous year are awarded. Contracts with preference clauses are agreements adopted by the parties to voluntarily continue to be bound at the end of the contract, with either party unilaterally exercising the right to enter into a new contract. Currently, the Federación Peruana de Fútbol has problems with certain clubs in the framework of transmission rights contracts containing this type of clauses. This paper will address the following points.First, we will explain what are the preference rights and how they are configured. Next, we will analyse the concept of ‘tacit representations’ in relation to pre-emptive covenants. Finally, we will frame the two previous points in the case of the Federation in order to understand the problems that revolve around the contracts that regulate transmission rights.

We present the preliminary results of the initial growth of capirona Calycophyllum spruceanum from a broadcast seed sowing in which the seeds were first mixed together with white sand and manually spread over an area of 40m2. After germination, biometric measurements were recorded every three months for selected individuals. In 18 months of evaluation, an average height of 3.75m (±0.65) and stem diameter of 3.44cm (±1.46) were reached. This experiment sought to verify the efficacy of the broadcast seed sowing for capirona, a highly valuable timber forest species, which today is at risk of disappearance due to the fact that its natural populations are being affected by overexploitation. The growth figures obtained were satisfactory, which shows that this sowing method is viable in becoming a new propagation alternative for the species.
