Con la implantación de la Televisión Digital Terrestre (TDT) en los países latinoamericanos y su capacidad para desarrollar servicios interactivos, se abre un nuevo camino para mejorar la conectividad existente mediante aplicaciones que permitan la comunicación ubicua.
