description Debido a la pandemia del COVID-19, muchas personas han tenido que permanecer en sus casas por temor al contagio que se propagaba, para poder seguir en contacto con amigos, familiares y colegas incrementado el uso de la tecnología en la vida de las personas, tanto es así que las personas realizan la mayoría de sus actividades diarias de manera virtual, incentivando a muchas empresas de diferentes sectores en la transformación digital. El trabajo de investigación tiene como principal objetivo determinar la viabilidad de la empresa emergente en el mercado turístico siendo la aplicación “Travely” que cumple el rol de un guía turístico virtual, que brinda información valiosa según el destino elegido, generando rutas de acuerdo con preferencias, presupuesto, localización, etc. La idea de negocios se origina debido a la problemática en la falta de información segura y necesaria para poder buscar una ruta en específico para realizar un viaje, lo cual genera la pérdida de tiempo en buscar información relevante y malestar en las personas que desean experimentar un viaje emocionante. Habiendo identificado las necesidades de los consumidores y analizando si el proyecto de la aplicación era lo que estaban buscando, se procedió a desarrollar el prototipo para que los posibles usuarios manifiesten sus opiniones, la cual ofrecerá el paquete Free o Premium. Adicionalmente, se procederá a elaborar diferentes actividades de marketing, sus proyecciones de venta y plan financiero, evaluando la inversión a realizar y si es rentable el proyecto.

The main objective of the research work is to determine the feasibility of the emerging company in the tourism market being the application "Travely" that fulfills the role of a virtual tour guide, which provides valuable information according to the chosen destination, generating routes according to preferences, budget, location, etc. The business idea originates due to the problem in the lack of safe and necessary information to find a specific route for a trip, which generates the loss of time in searching for relevant information and discomfort in people who want to experience an exciting trip. Having identified the needs of consumers and analyzed whether the application project was what they were looking for, we proceeded to develop the prototype for potential users to express their opinions, which will offer the Free or Premium package.
