The variables evaluated are academic stress that is divided into 3 subscales: physical reactions, psychologicalreactions and behavioral reactions, using the SISCO inventory of Barraza's academic stress and the Learning Styles Questionnaire of Honey and Alonso, taking 241 as a sample student. It was found that there is significant relationship between the academic stress and the theoretical style.La presente investigación es de tipo Descriptiva – Correlacional de diseño no experimental, cuyo objetivo fundamental fue determinar si existe relación entre el estrés académico y los estilos de aprendizaje que presentan los estudiantes de una universidad particular de Lima Metropolitana. Las variables evaluadas son el estrés académico que se divide en 3 sub escalas: reacciones físicas, reacciones psicológicas y reacciones comportamentales, mediante el inventario SISCO del estrés académico de Barraza y el Cuestionario de Estilos de Aprendizaje de Honey y Alonso, tomando como muestra a 241 estudiantes.
