La investigación titulada: Programa: Manejo del estrés frente a evaluaciones escritas en alumnos de secundaria de una Institución Educativa Privada de Lima Metropolitana, tiene como objetivo la elaboración de una propuesta de ejecutar programas de prevención y promoción de la salud, en relación al estrés generado por las evaluaciones escritas por los alumnos de educación secundaria. La metodología de la investigación es cuantitativa, el tipo de estudio prevención y promoción, realizando primero la observación participante cuya información se utilizó como parte de la investigación y para orientar la aplicación de cuestionarios al grupo experimental y grupo control, las preguntas de la entrevista fueron abiertas, semiestructuradas. The present investigation is of a Descriptive - Correlational type of non-experimental design, the fundamental objective of which was to determine if there is a relationship between academic stress and the learning styles presented by the students of a particular university in Metropolitan Lima. The variables evaluated are academic stress that is divided into 3 subscales: physical reactions, psychologicalreactions and behavioral reactions, using the SISCO inventory of Barraza's academic stress and the Learning Styles Questionnaire of Honey and Alonso, taking 241 as a sample student. It was found that there is significant relationship between the academic stress and the theoretical style.

The objective of this research is to determine the criterion validity of the Test of the person in the rain in a sample of university students from a private university in North Lima, since the research does not involve manipulation of variables but the observation of information about the psychometric properties of the test (TPBLL), at a specific and unique moment. The research is non experimental-transversal, in a sample of 256 students, the areas of the SISCO Academic Stress Inventory were correlated with the stress indicators of the TPBLL proposed by Willis, Joy and Kaiser (2010) and the quantitative scale of the TPBLL of Moro, Lema and Longo (2003).
