La tesis “Identidad profesional y desempeño en docentes universitarios de la Escuela de Psicología de una Universidad Privada de Lima, 2017”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de relación que existe entre la identidad profesional y desempeño en docentes universitarios de la Escuela de Psicología de una Universidad Privada de Lima, 2017. La investigación realizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población elegida fue de 120 docentes y la muestra representativa estuvo conformada por 80 docentes y por muestreo censal. The objective of this research is to determine the criterion validity of the Test of the person in the rain in a sample of university students from a private university in North Lima, since the research does not involve manipulation of variables but the observation of information about the psychometric properties of the test (TPBLL), at a specific and unique moment. The research is non experimental-transversal, in a sample of 256 students, the areas of the SISCO Academic Stress Inventory were correlated with the stress indicators of the TPBLL proposed by Willis, Joy and Kaiser (2010) and the quantitative scale of the TPBLL of Moro, Lema and Longo (2003).
