MOTIVACIÓN Y DESEMPEÑO LABORAL EN DOCENTES DE LA FACULTAD DE ENFERMERÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE HUANCAVELICA - PERÚ

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinarla relación entre motivación y desempeño laboral endocentes de la Facultad de Enfermería de la UniversidadNacional de Huancavelica en el Perú. El estudio fuebásico de diseño descriptivo correlacional. La poblaciónestuvo compuesta por 18 docentes, doce nombrados yseis contratados. En cuanto a los resultados descriptivos,el 61,1% de la muestra presenta muy buena motivaciónlaboral, 33,3% excelente y 5,6%, buena. El 66,7% poseenun excelente desempeño laboral, 22,2% bueno y 11,1%,regular. En lo relativo al cruce de variables, el 33,3%tienen un excelente nivel en ambas, 22,2%, muy buenamotivación y buen desempeño, y 5,6%, buena motivacióny regular desempeño. De acuerdo al análisis inferencial,se determinó una relación directa entre las variables conun r de Pearson de 0,787 y significancia de 0,01 (bilateral).
The objective of the research was to determine therelationship between motivation and work performance inteachers of the Faculty of Nursing of the National Universityof Huancavelica in Peru. The study was a basic descriptivecorrelational design. The population was composed of18 teachers, twelve appointed and six hired. As for thedescriptive results, 61.1% of the sample has very goodwork motivation, 33.3% excellent and 5.6%, good. 66.7%have excellent work performance, 22.2% good and 11.1%,regular. Regarding the crossing of variables, 33.3% havean excellent level in both, 22.2%, very good motivation andgood performance, and 5.6%, good motivation and regularperformance. According to the inferential analysis, a directrelationship between the variables with a Pearson’s r of0.787 and significance of 0.01 (bilateral) was determined.
