The objective of this paper is to determine the impact of the variables of good corporate governance on profitability by equity of the banks of Peru during the period 2009 - 2018. The regression analysis of panel data was applied on a sample of 13 banks in Peru listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. Through an econometrics model it was obtained as a result that there was a significant direct relationship between the general meeting of shareholders and return on equity (p <0.05), which indicates that, the greater the integration of the General Meeting of shareholders in banking companies, the greater the profitability of equity for shareholders; which also shows that, the greater the transparency of information, the greater the profitability of equity for shareholders. This evidence provides beneficial information for supervisory authorities, stakeholders and academics.

This article contributes to the increase in knowledge and existing theory about the administration of working capital and its relation to profitability. Using a sample of 23 companies listed on the Lima stock exchange during the period 2009-2018. There is a negative relationship between profitability (ROA) and the average inventory period (PPI), in the same way a negative relationship between profitability and the average collection period (PPC), finally a positive relationship between profitability and the period average payment (PPP). The main objective of this research is to determine which is the most recurrent motivation by university students choose international business careers at 8 universities in Peru. The study sample is composed by 1242 international business students from the main universities in Peru. For this study, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMC) was used, this scale considers intrinsic motivation factors (knowledge, achievement, stimulating experiences), extrinsic motivation (identified regulation, introjected regulation, external introjected) and amotivation. This paper presents an empirical investigation to evaluate the impact of purchase, storage and inventory management on the production costs of materials supply management in the Peruvian paper industry. A linear regression model was used under the ordinary least squares method to determine the causal relationship between the provisioning of materials and production costs. It was concluded that the evaluation of the effect between the study variables was inversely proportional, that is, as the management of purchase, storage, and inventory in companies improve, the production costs may also be reduced.

The objective of the research was to determine if there is an influence of i-deals on the retention of human talent in the health networks of Satipo, Peru. The study was carried out from a quantitative approach, with a correlational-non-experimental-translational design. A questionnaire was administered to 308 workers who negotiated one or more idiosyncratic agreements between December 2023 and February 2024. This study analyzes the economic impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on leisure tourism in Peru, in terms of tourist services such as means of transportation, accommodation, city tours and restaurants. The analysis is based on the application of a survey. The cross-sectional analytical study evaluated 2,443 potential tourists of legal age from the 25 regions of Peru who intended to engage in leisure tourism during the quarantine period. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between associativity and the organizational culture of Hass avocado production chains in the Huancavelica Region, Peru in the period 2003–2019. El presente artículo describe los resultados de nivel y potencial de innovación disruptiva según las características de las empresas exportadoras en 5 departamentos del Perú mediante la generación de una encuesta. Se identificó que los departamentos de Junín y Ayacucho son más disruptivos debido a que son regiones favorecidas con recursos naturales otorgando facilidades de diversificación en la presentación de productos. Objetivo. Evaluar el impacto del teletrabajo derivado de la emergencia sanitaria causada por la pandemia de la COVID-19 sobre el cansancio laboral de los docentes universitarios. Metodología. La metodología es cuantitativa con alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental y en un espacio de tiempo transeccional.
