We did the chemical bromatological determination of Mespilus germánca L. (Nispero de palo) from Vilcashuaman province, Ayacucho region - Peru. The evaluation had the following results expressed in grams per 100 g of fresh sample; 73,13 of water; 0,57 for total protein; 0,41 of ether extract; 23.04 of carbohydrates, 0.63 of ash ; 2.22 of raw fiber; 3,82 of reducing sugars; total reducing sugars 12,06. Minerals, expressed in mg per 100g fresh sample: 76,1of sodium, 266, 25 of potassium; 24, 03 of magnesium; 92, 42 of calcium; 28, 48 of phosphorus; 2.02 of iron; 0.76 of zinc; 2, 85 of copper. Also, 14.06 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 g of fresh sample.

The objective of the study was to determine the prevalence of gastrointestinalparasites in the rainy and dry season in guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus) in semi-commercialfarms in Oxapampa, Paso, Peru, as well as to identify the parasite species and to assessthe season and productive phase as risk factors. Two hundred faecal samples per season were collected where the experimental unit was the cage. The samples were processed bythe flotation, sedimentation and modified McMaster methods. The prevalence was 90.0± 4.1 and 63.5 ± 6.7% in the rainy and dry season respectively, and the identified specieswere Paraspidodera uncinata, Trichuris spp, Capillaria spp, and Eimeriacaviae. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la prevalencia de parásitos gastrointestinales en dos épocas del año (lluviosa y seca) en cuyes (Cavia porcellus) de crianza familiar comercial del distrito de Oxapampa, Pasco, así como identificar las especies de endoparásitos y evaluar la época y la etapa productiva (recría y empadre) como factores de riesgo. Se colectaron 200 muestras fecales por época donde la unidad experimental fue la poza o jaula. Las muestras fueron procesadas por los métodos de flotación, sedimentación y McMaster modificado. These chemicals are very questionable to be highly toxic, harmful to health and the environment. We present research using gamma radiation in Peruvian asparagus (fresh asparagus, freeze-dried and flour). Doses of 1 kGy extend the half-life of fresh green asparagus for 20 days and of the control for only 10 days. This paper examines a number of reasons and arguments about the relative importance of many factors in the leverage decisions of publicly traded Peruvian non-financial firms from 2001 to 2007. In addition, the study uses a database of 710 non-financial firms from 2005 to 2007 to validate the preview results. This last database represents a commercial debtors’ portfolio for the entire bank system.The underlying assumption is the favorable economic context that has taken place in Peru. In the present theoretical analysis, is described the occurrence of thermal shock wave that is produced by the located heat delivery. The general analysis is made considering that the physical properties of the flow changes when crossing this wave. Thus also, for practical cases; its observed that these properties vary slightly in an ample range of temperature, so also is analyzed the formation of this wave without variation of the physical properties of the flow; showing that in the flow only cannot appear dynamic shock waves, but also thermal shock waves.

In order to know the effect of 60Co gamma irradiation, in the sunflower crop, were irradiated achenes in the Transelektro LGI-01 in the Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares. The data was evaluated under a completely randomized design, where the treatments were 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 Gy and four repetitions (10x4) = 40 experimental units. The response variables were: plant height, root length and volume, dry biomass. The results indicated that germination and sprouting decreased as the radiation increased, adjusting these to a quadratic model. Plant height, length, root volume and dry biomass decreased at high doses. From this investigation it was concluded, that doses of 100 and 200 Gy, have a stimulating effect on plant height and root length, being an important agent, to induce genetic variability in sunflower.
