In the present work, we describe the technique of enzymatic isolation and in vitro culture of MSCs from a real sample of adipose tissue. This will respond to the need for a set of tools necessary in the clinical practice of therapy by stem cells, autotransplant and surgical in different medical specialties and in the field of research as a potential tool for studies of toxicity and in vitro medium lethal dose . La reparación de tejidos es uno de los grandes retos actuales en medicina regenerativa y las células madres mesenquimales MSC, son la respuesta a esta necesidad por las características multipotencial, inmunosupresoras, antiinflamatorias y efecto paracrino. En el presente trabajo, describimos la técnica de aislamiento enzimático y cultivo in vitro de MSC a partir de una muestra real de tejido adiposo. Ello responderá a la necesidad de un conjunto de herramientas necesarias en la práctica clínica de terapia por células madre, autotransplante y quirúrgicas en las diferentes especialidades médicas y en el campo de la investigación, como potencial herramienta para estudios de toxicidad y dosis letal media in vitro. Se señala la importancia que el tema puede tener para la psicología, la psiquiatría y la neurología.

The aim of this study were to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational and personal factors of employees at a psychological center from Lima during 2016. The population were 45 employees with a mean age of 37 years old. The instruments applied were the Questionnaire S21/26 (1990) by Meliá et al (1989), and the Shared Perceptions Scale by Lerner and Lerner (Human Resources Consultant, Lima). Among employees with good working environment perception, 86% were very satisfied occupationally, whereas in the group with a regular working environment perception only 4% were very satisfied (p<0.0001). Married had more risk of job dissatisfaction than unmarried partners (p=0.044), also among employees with one year or less of work experience 53% were very satisfied, but among the oldest, with 6 to 10 years, none of them had high satisfaction level. El objetivo fue determinar en qué medida algunas actividades que constituyen ejemplos de práctica o conducta religiosa están asociadas a la satisfacción con la vida en personas de la tercera edad. Participaron 123 personas de 47 a 83 años (M=69.76; DE=9.53), siendo el 75.6% de dichos participantes de 65 o más años de edad. Todos los participantes declararon ser de religión católica. Ellos completaron la Escala de Prácticas Religiosas y la Escala de Satisfacción con la Vida. The principal aim of the study was evidences of the validity offered psicométrica of the Gestáltico Visomotor Bender’s Test (TGV) and the System of Qualification of Gradual Punctuation (B-SPG).
