El objetivo fue determinar la correlación entre satisfacción laboral y los factores organizacionales y personales de los colaboradores de un centro psicológico de Lima durante el 2016. La población fue de 45 colaboradores con una edad promedio de 37 años. Entre los colaboradores con buena percepción en estos factores, organizacionales y personales, el 86% estaba muy satisfecho, en cambio en el grupo con una percepción regular sólo el 4% estaba muy satisfecho (p<0.0001). Los casados tuvieron más riesgo de insatisfacción laboral que los solteros (p=0.044), además entre los colaboradores con 1 año de experiencia laboral el 53% estaba muy satisfecho, pero entre los antiguos, con 6 a 10 años, ninguno presentó un nivel alto de satisfacción laboral. The aim of this study were to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational and personal factors of employees at a psychological center from Lima during 2016. The population were 45 employees with a mean age of 37 years old. The instruments applied were the Questionnaire S21/26 (1990) by Meliá et al (1989), and the Shared Perceptions Scale by Lerner and Lerner (Human Resources Consultant, Lima). Among employees with good working environment perception, 86% were very satisfied occupationally, whereas in the group with a regular working environment perception only 4% were very satisfied (p<0.0001). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between professional burnout and work engagement in nurses of the hospitalization service of an hospital in Metropolitan Lima, between November 2018 to March 2019. This was an analytical, correlational study, with secondary data. Professional burnout (dependent variable) was measured with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI); and work engagement (independent variable) was measured with the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. The sample consisted of 73 nurses with a mean age of 48.6 years. The dimensions of work engagement scale were vigor, dedication, and absorption; the dimensions of burnout were emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment, the last was analyzed as a mediating factor between the other two and the dimensions of work engagement.
