This paper explores two important topics among the political parties and party system literature in Peru: The strength and stability of the political party system in the 80’s and the decade of the 90’s, better known as the «decade of the antipolitics». The contrast between the literature reviewed and the quantitative data from the 7 Municipal Elections, that took place among this time period, attempts to find if this phenomena occurred also at the subnational level. The present article discusses the enviromental conflicts related to the mining during the recent past years, with the purpose of identify the limits and the difficulties that have been present in the articulation of a national anti-mining social movement in Peru. The questioning about the reach of the anti-mining movement arises from the constants outbreaks of conflicts that are determinate by local dynamics. The confrontation between the mining company and peasant´s communities has been occurring in different areas of the country, and that is why the analysis focuses in the cases of the ‘Aymarazo’ in Puno, Conga in Cajamarca, and the contrast of informal mining in Madre de Dios. El presente informe analiza algunas de las modificaciones a la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, introducidas por la Ley 31520, Ley que restablece la autonomía y la institucionalidad de las universidades peruanas, a partir de la Sentencia 397/2022 por la cual el Tribunal Constitucional, declara infundada la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada en su contra por 33 congresistas. Al respecto, se resaltan algunos vicios de inconstitucionalidad de los que adolecerían tales modificaciones, a pesar de que el Tribunal Constitucional haya confirmado su constitucionalidad. Como principal problemática, se aprecia que el legislador, al emitir la Ley 31520, no toma en cuenta los parámetros de constitucionalidad que el Tribunal Constitucional fijó sobre el mandato que el artículo 16 de la Constitución asigna al Estado de supervisar la calidad de la educación. The research conducted in Iquitos in 2023 aims to establish the link between quality management and customer satisfaction in tourism services. A descriptive correlational approach is used with a quantitative focus, where events based on specific procedures are presented, and methods are applied to gather statistical information. The study design lacks an experimental nature, as factors are not manipulated; instead, phenomena are observed as they naturally occur and then analyzed. The proposed relationship between both factors has been evaluated, yielding a considerable positive correlation index of 0.866**. Consequently, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, indicating the existence of a connection between quality management and customer satisfaction in the studied tourism services.

En esta investigación, se pretende analizar el estatus del traductor profesional en Lima en el campo de la traducción jurídica. Se busca conocer cuál es este estatus, desde la perspectiva de abogados de Lima usuarios de traducciones no firmadas de carácter jurídico. Debido a que la investigación se basa en el paradigma socioconstructivista, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a abogados que pertenecen a estudios de abogados y a áreas legales de bancos de Lima. A partir de estas entrevistas, se analiza el perfil de las personas a las que estos abogados encargan traducciones jurídicas, así como los criterios que aplican para seleccionar a un traductor externo. La investigación titulada “Promoción en Redes Sociales y Participación en el Mercado de la Asociación Peruana de Agencias de Viajes y Turismo San Martín - APAVIT, en el distrito de Tarapoto, 2017”, aborda el problema para ver cómo se relaciona la promoción en redes sociales y la participación en el mercado con el objetivo de determinar la correlación entre ambas variables. La investigación es de tipo no experimental referido a las ciencias sociales, con un diseño descriptivo correlacional y una muestra de 16 agencias de viajes asociadas y activas a APAVIT San Martín. Como resultados encontramos que 62% de agencias que consideran que la promoción en redes sociales es media, un 25% que lo considera como alta y un 13% bajo, y se obtuvo un grado de correlación muy baja y con dirección positiva de 0,571 entre dichas variables. El estudio titulado “Diseño de concreto f'c=210 kg/cm² sustituyendo láminas de aluzinc para mejorar su resistencia a la compresión y flexión, Tarapoto, 2024”, tiene como objetivo de desarrollo sostenible el promover el uso eficiente de recursos y una gestión sostenible de materiales en Tarapoto para 2024. La investigación aplicada experimental, se centra en mejorar la resistencia a la compresión y flexión del concreto mediante el uso de láminas de aluzinc. Se realizaron ensayos en 72 probetas (36 para compresión y 36 para flexión). Los resultados muestran que las láminas de aluzinc, al mejorar el peso unitario y llenar espacios vacíos en el agregado, incrementan la resistencia del concreto. La mezcla con un 2.50% de aluzinc demostró la mayor resistencia a los 28 días. Se concluye que reemplazar un 2.50% del agregado fino con láminas de aluzinc es óptimo, optimizando...

This article discusses the use of the mechanism of parliamentary control of interpellation to ministers in the Peruvian case, with the objective of stablish which factors determine the effectives of opposition groups to approve the motions of interpellations they present during the post- Fujimori goverrnments of Alejandro Toledo, Alan García and Ollanta Humala (2001-2013). Taking into account the size, discipline and the number of motions presented, this research argues that the most effective parliamentary groups have high levels of discipline and present a reasonable number of motions, in relation to their capacity to approve them. The levels of discipline and effectiveness of each parliamentary group were calculate through the recompilation ofdata from 85 motions and 36 debates about the admission of the process.
