El modelo de análisis de clases latentes tiene como finalidad describir una variable no observable a través del agrupamiento de los individuos en base a sus patrones de respuestas. La estimación en este modelo se puede realizar mediante el algoritmo de Esperanza-Maximización (EM) y su desarrollo para el caso politómico se encuentra implementado en el paquete poLCA de R. Desde el punto de vista bayesiano, esta estimación ha sido hasta el momento implementada sólo para el caso de variables dicotómicas. En este trabajo, se busca extender este ultimo aporte para el caso politómico, haciendo uso del muestrador de Gibbs. El Perú ha tenido una amplia experiencia en la adopción y desarrollo de elecciones internas para la selección de candidaturas, incluyendo algunas antes de la Ley de Partidos del 2003. Desde entonces, se han realizado varios esfuerzos de reforma política y electoral, incluyendo la intervención obligatoria de los organismos electorales en la organización de elecciones internas. Sin embargo, las experiencias del 2020 y 2022, en las que se definieron las candidaturas para las elecciones generales y regionales, respectivamente, tuvieron una participación limitada de los afiliados debido al bloqueo de las elecciones primarias abiertas por parte de la mayoría parlamentaria. The present article discusses the enviromental conflicts related to the mining during the recent past years, with the purpose of identify the limits and the difficulties that have been present in the articulation of a national anti-mining social movement in Peru. The questioning about the reach of the anti-mining movement arises from the constants outbreaks of conflicts that are determinate by local dynamics. The confrontation between the mining company and peasant´s communities has been occurring in different areas of the country, and that is why the analysis focuses in the cases of the ‘Aymarazo’ in Puno, Conga in Cajamarca, and the contrast of informal mining in Madre de Dios.
