La presente investigación propone como objetivo general plantear la relación de la modernización en la administración pública y satisfacción de usuarios en la Municipalidad Provincial del Callao 2022; aborda un estudio sistemático en el contexto de la administración pública. Los resultados concluyeron la significancia entre las variables modernización en la administración pública y la satisfacción de usuarios, donde p= 0,005 < 0,05 (Sig.) y la Correlación de Pearson es igual a ,601**, de significancia buena. Se determinó que, a mayor gestión en la modernización en la administración, mayor será la satisfacción de usuarios. Introduction. There is a knowledge gap concerning patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are not eligible for intensive induction chemothera-py; this, together with a recent increase in the incidence in Latin America, encloses a need. Through real-world evidence, we describe and compare the results of the different treatment strategies within this context. Methodology. This is a longitu-dinal, descriptive, retrospective study of a cohort of Latin American patients with AML not eligible for intensive induction chemotherapy, treated with low-intensity chemotherapy or with the best supportive care alone between January 1, 2015, to December 31, 2018. Background: To provide recommendations based on the best available scientific evidence for the multidisciplinary management of febrile neutropenia. The development included the stages: approval of the creation of the Working Group (WG); CPG search; analysis and synthesis of the evidence that led to establishing the recommendation of the selected CPGs, design of the consensus document, internal review. All phases were carried out through panel meetings using virtual platforms during 03 months. The “GRADE” system was used to establish the strength and direction of the recommendations. The recommendations cover the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of febrile neutropenia in oncohematological patients. Twenty-eight recommendations were developed.
