The psychometric properties of the Cyberbullying Scale for aggressors in Peruvian adolescents were analyzed. This research has a non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional approach and instrumental design, in which 1019 adolescents of both sexes, students of public educational institutions of Secondary Level, aged between 12 to 17 years old (M=14; SD=1.56) participated. Results of the confirmatory factor analysis were χ2 = 103.725, p = 0.000, CFI = 0.965, TLI = 0.951 and RMSEA = 0.064. Likewise, convergent validity is reported, showing a moderate correlation between cyberbullying and cyberaggression (r= 0.548; p= 0.00) and an Omega Coefficient = 0.94. In conclusion, the scale consists of 8 items that measure cyberbullying caused by aggressors in an educational environment, whether face-to-face or virtual.

Objective: to adapt the Perceived Social Support (MOS) scale to the pandemic context generated by the COVID19, which was used in its Spanish version for data collection. Methodology: quantitative, cross-sectional, psychometric approach. The sample was composed of 1,039 people over 18 years of age from the Peruvian coast and highlands who suffered from COVID-19. The 46.6% were between 18 and 29 years of age (M: 24 - SD: 1,172) and 54.3% were female. Results: construct validity was achieved through AFC with an adequate two-dimensional model (CFI= .999; TLI= .998; RMSEA= .078; SRMR= .008), likewise, it obtained a high level of reliability with values higher than (ω= 0.8) in its two factors Informational Support and Affective Support. Conclusions: the study concluded that the adaptation of the MOS Perceived Social Support scale with a two-dimensional model is a valid and reliable instrument...

Objective: to identify whether life satisfaction predicts quality of life at work and work performance in health workers. Methodology: non-experimental, cross-sectional design of correlational analysis and structural equation modeling in 308 health workers. Psychologists, physicians, neurologists, nurses, nutritionists, obstetricians, dentists, nursing, pharmacy and laboratory technicians of both sexes participated, belonging to 3 health centers in the San Martín Region, Peru, who were selected through non-invasive sampling. probabilistic. Data collection was carried out through the quality of life scale, the satisfaction with life scale and the job performance scale. Results: there is a relationship between satisfaction with life, quality of life at work and job performance (p<.05). Conclusion: the quality of life at work has no effect on work performance in health workers

To determine if there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and anxietydue to COVID-19 in adolescents from the San Martín region, 2022. Methodology: Non-experimental,cross-sectional and correlational design, the study sample was 350 adolescents of both sexes from 11to 18 years old. The instruments used were the complete BarOn Ice-NA Emotional Intelligence Inventoryadapted to the Peruvian context by Ugarriza and Pajares (2004) and the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale(CAS) translated into Spanish by Rulman (2020). Result: There is a statistically significant relationshipwith a negative direction between emotional intelligence and anxiety (r = -.109* p < 0.05), with theexception of the stress management dimension that maintains a positive relationship with anxiety andthe degree of significance is higher (r = .023, p > 0.05), likewise the intrapersonal dimension mainta...
