El job crafting puede aumentar el bienestar subjetivo en las organizaciones al permitir a los empleados adaptar sus roles a sus fortalezas y preferencias. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el job crafting y el bienestar subjetivo en colaboradores del sector financiero del departamento de Junín en Perú. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, transversal descriptivo correlacional; se tuvo una muestra de 358 sujetos a quienes se aplicó el Cuestionario de Job Crafting (Wrzesniewski y Dutton, 2001) y el Cuestionario de Bienestar de Subjetivo (Diener, 2000). Se halló correlación positiva considerable (τ = ,808) y significativa (p< ,001) entre ambas variables. Se concluye que cuanto más desarrollado esté el job crafting, mayor será el bienestar subjetivo de los empleados dentro de las organizaciones.

El ejercicio práctico de las ciencias de la comunicación demanda altos niveles de habilidades sociales avanzadas, sin embargo, no hay referencia de un instrumento que las mida; el objetivo del estudio fue construir una escala de habilidades sociales avanzadas para estudiantes de ciencias de la comunicación de la Región Junín de Perú.
