El objetivo de la presente investigación fue establecer cómo los procesos del sistema de gestión de calidad se asocian con los conductores para la satisfacción de las personas en la Zona Registral N.º IX sede Lima, 2021. Fue una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, de diseño descriptivo- correlacional. La primera muestra estuvo representada por 108 servidores, y la segunda estuvo conformada por 80 ciudadanos que utilizaron los servicios de la Zona Registral N.º IX. Entre los resultados se tiene que, para el 2,8% y el 22,2% de los servidores, la gestión de comunicaciones e imagen institucional en la Zona registral es entre deficiente y regular respectivamente. La investigación titulada: “Gestión logística y satisfacción del cliente interno en el Ministerio de Desarrollo en Inclusión Social - 2017”, tuvo como objetivo: determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión logística y la satisfacción del cliente interno en el Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión social 2017. El tipo de investigación fue básica, el nivel de investigación descriptivo correlacional y el diseño de la investigación no experimental, transversal y el enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 244 trabajadores del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social. Cranial neural crest cells are implicated in multiple transcriptional events at the different stages of differentiation during development. The alteration of some transcription factors expressed during neural crest development, like PAX7, could be implicated in the etiology of face malformation in murine models. Epigenetic regulation has been shown to be an important mechanistic actor in the control of timing and the level of gene expression at different stages of neural crest development. During this work, we investigated the interconnection between epigenetics and transcription factors across a diversity of human development cranial neural crest cells. Across a diversity of neural cells from human developing cranial tissues, in accordance with their proliferation stage, an alternative balance of regulation between transcription factors and epigenetic factors was identified.

Background: Breast cancer incidence in the United States is lower in Hispanic/Latina (H/L) compared with African American/ Black or Non-Hispanic White women. An Indigenous American breast cancer-protective germline variant (rs140068132) has been reported near the estrogen receptor 1 gene. This study tests the association of rs140068132 and other polymorphisms in the 6q25 region with subtype-specific breast cancer risk in H/Ls of high Indigenous American ancestry. Methods: Genotypes were obtained for 5,094 Peruvian women with (1,755) and without (3,337) breast cancer.
