This is a case reporta case of Pemphigus Foliaceus in a 34 year-old male referred to the Arzobispo Loayza Hospital, which was evaluated and subjected to different examinations for diagnosis and treatment. Pemphigus Foliaceus is included in the blistering diseases, which is considered a chronic and relatively benign variety of pemphigus, where the patient's general condition is affected very little. It is considered as an autoimmune disease of unknown etiology that is characterized by deposition of auto-antibodies: Immunoglobulins and complement to the intercellular junctions. As any heafth professional, the dentist must have knowledge of the clinical and general mouth to help in the differential diagnosis of the disease.

The mental nerve (MN) is one of the anatomical structures important to identify, preserve and avoid injure. The knowledge of the layout and anatomical variants of MN is imperative for the performance of surgical procedures involving the chin area. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine, the location and frequency of emergency hole of MN, accessories nerves, presence of loops and their relations with the alveolar ridge and the mandibular border, by observing prepared anatomical human corpses. Methodology: 31 mandibles of corpses were dissected. Results: It was found that the most frequent distance between the emergency MN with respect to the mandibular alveolar ridge was the range of 11 to 15.5 mm at 57.6% and 11 to 15.5 mm in 72.7% respectively. Method. This experimenta1 study aimed to determine the effect of Maca in the development of sex cells in mammals. The study conducted in 20 young Holtzman rats divided into two samples, in the experimental one rats consumed two grams of Maca daily for 30 days. Animals were sacrificed and then they were dissected; samples were histological studied. Results and conclusions. We noted that the use of Maca was very effective in the development of Sertoli and Leydig cells, and quite effective in spermatocytes development.

The aim of this work was to find the pattern more prevalent according to Gerber’s embriogenetic principle. A sample of 100 students of Dentistry of San Marcos University between 18 and 27 years, without alterations in the upper anterior sector, were examinated clinically, photographic analysis and diagnostic models were conducted.
