This means searching for and applying new curriculum innovations using technology as an avenue for open education or distance learning to achieve what is called e-learning.

El profesional egresado de las Facultades de Educación es uno de los que tiene mayor dificultad para realizarse como tal, tanto debido a razones derivadas de la formación misma como también por las difíciles condiciones de trabajo en que desarrolla su labor.

El nivel superior del sistema educativo, tambien llamado "educación avanzada" en otros países latinoamericanos, abarca los estudios universitarios y los no universitarios. La Ley General de Educación N° 23384, promulgada en 1982, crea una nueva opción de estudios postsecundarios alternativa a la universidad: los institutos superiores tecnológicos (IST), que ofrecen formación profesional con una duración no mayor a tres años y con una matrícula que ha crecido rápidamente.

La investigación científica que hemos realizado es básica, correlacional causal no experimental, los factores de estudio son dos: gestión del director y el clima organizacional docente en el nivel primaria de las instituciones educativas del cercado del distrito de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima - 2019. La población es de 356 entre docentes y administrativos y muestra final estuvo conformada por 40 docentes de las II.EE.
