The article describes the trends in the behavior of epidemic diseases based on the SIR epidemiological model. The objective of this work was to describe the behavior of epidemic diseases based on the SIR epidemiological model from the review of the literature under the methodology of the systematic review based on the PRISMA strategy. The results showed the use of the SIR epidemiological model to describe the behavior of various diseases of an epidemic nature, deepening the disease produced by COVID-19 in recent years in greater frequency. Concluding with the importance of using the SIR model for decision-making as containment measures in the spread of the disease, and the use of an important indicator such as the basic reproduction index to determine the behavior of the disease.

A chatbot is a software application based on artificial intelligence, which allows to simulate a conversation with a person. However, despite the many benefits, a considerable number of chatbots struggle to satisfy users. The objective of this article was to describe the perceived usability of chatbots in customer service in different organizations. Therefore, the current study performed a systematic review of the literature on Google Scholar and EBSCO data, between the period 2015 and 2020, to analyze the existing evidence regarding (a) the nature of chatbots, (b) its implementation, (c) perceived usability, and (d) the rise of this technology.

Management and control are fundamental processes for an efficient public transport. Processes can be improved through ICT support as this would help to increase productivity and to improve control inside a public transport company so much for the management and control of human resources, as well as the control of the vehicle fleet. This research is a systematic review of scientific literature. It aims to determine the different tools and strategies for control and management in public transport; it systematized 50 scientific articles extracted from the Scopus, Scielo, IEEE Xplore, Redalyc and ScienceDirect databases identifying the most relevant characteristics of ICT as well as the impact on the management and control in public transport.

This research seeks to conduct a study of the behavior of patterns in respiratory diseases of children in Peru through data mining, using data generated by the health sector, organizations and research between the years 2015 to 2019.
