In this paper, we present the results of a systematic review involving the techniques or methods of web accessibility currently used, the domains that have been covered and the disabilities that were focused. The search strategy identified 343 studies, where only 20 were finally selected for the review. We found that automatic tools are the most frequent techniques used to evaluate web accessibility. In addition, most studies performed in the educational domain and the majority of studies do not focus on a special disability.

At present, the so-called “Internet of Things” has turned indispensable the applications deployed on the Internet; the computers that act as clients are not exclusively PC’s or laptops, but also smart phones, tablets, and in general many different types of devices that run applications. This characterization of indispensable is basically associated with non-functional requirements (NFR), such as availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. This article explores from a technical point of view, a new programming paradigm that lets you build the so called reactive web applications which inherently have the event-handling characteristics, scalability, resilience and sensitivity in contrast to traditional web applications.

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de definir la influencia de una aplicación web en el proceso de medición de resultados del estudiante del programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas Computacionales de la Universidad Privada del Norte en el año 2019. El tipo de estudio fue preexperimental; con una muestra constituida por los procesos de medición de resultados del estudiante ejecutados en los semestres 2018-2 y 2019-1. Los subprocesos que conforman el proceso de medición de resultados del estudiante son: medición docentes, medición egresados, medición empleadores de prácticas preprofesionales y elaboración de informes de medición. This paper describes the experience of using ChatGPT as a support tool in an undergraduate programming course to develop web-oriented multiplatform applications. The teaching-learning method is adapted to integrate Artificial Intelligence as an assistant for instructor and students. The study is qualitative and descriptive, with data collected from semi structured interview with the course instructor and a survey for the students which was analyzed to present the perception of utility of ChatGPT in class. Results show that students perceived that ChatGPT can accelerate the development process for the FrontEnd (90%), BackEnd (66%), testing and debugging (83%). Sugarcane diseases in Peru occur due to the agricultural community's lack of understanding of these, which means a slow response to the application of methods of control and eradication of these diseases; thus, causing economic losses and underproduction. Due to the aforementioned, a web application for sugarcane diseases recognition is proposed. The five types of sugarcane diseases that will be recognized using this system are: Pineapple Sett Rot, Ring Spot, Mosaic, Brown Rust and Leaf Scorch. This case study explores the use of online learning environments as an alternative tool for the promotion of undergraduate research culture within an engineering program during the COVID-19 pandemic times. This context entailed the transition from face-to-face to online learning environments, which was taken as an opportunity for the diffusion and socialization of outstanding research projects developed by undergraduate students within the classroom, through the launching of an online event and a virtual permanent exhibition.
