The objective of this article is to identify the results of the functionality of the learning platform and its effect on the satisfaction of mechanical and electrical engineering students. The results will serve as a basis for the continuous improvement of teaching-learning online from the higher institution. The research findings indicate that the indicators that present a better perception regarding the functionality of the learning platform are related to the design and ease of navigation. However, 21.4% of the students are not entirely satisfied with its functionality due to the technical problems presented when downloading the study material. En proyectos de Infraestructura Vial, desarrollado según metodología tradicional de entrega de proyectos Diseño/Licitación/Construcción, los documentos de diseño de ingeniería son elaborados en la etapa de trazo y topografía, por los proyectistas de ingeniería desempeñando un papel muy importante en los proyectos de construcción ya que trasladan la necesidad de los usuarios en informes, planos y especificaciones correspondientes. It is vitally important to carry out studies that provide knowledge about history, since this is the basis for the interpretation and enhancement of heritage. In this case, given the scarce material evidence related to the Conchos prison, it is necessary to make a reconstruction or interpretation on a hypothetical level of its structure and spaces, to better understand its functioning, as well as its role in defense, but above all, in the settlement of Nueva Vizcaya. We worked based on our experience on the subject, reviewing the historiography and also through a comparative analysis between interpretation proposals, as well as making analogies with other contemporary fortifications. Thus, a satisfactory identification and reconstruction of the property was achieved, allowing clarity about its history and role within the occupation and pacification of colonial northern Mexico.

The results serve as a basis for continuous improvement for the higher institution, because these systems are tools that have the purpose of improving the performance and retention of the student in the virtual teaching-learning process. The need to develop a BCI brain- computer interface system for the control of a robotic arm in Peru arises from the possibility of interconnecting the human nervous system with a robotic or mechatronic system, and using this concept to recover some motor function. Brain Computer Interface (BCI) is a communication system based on the recording of brain signals (EEG). The electroencephalogram is the basis and support of the BCI technology. It is a novel technology that allows human-machine interaction in a virtual or physical environment, through a communication channel between the central nervous system and a robotic device. Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes.
