In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. In the current digital era, efficiently accessing relevant information is crucial for various applications such as restaurant recommendation systems, website searches, book recommendations, among others. This study presents an approach for personalized recommendations in improving the customer service process in restaurants using OpenAI's Contextual Chatbot. The approach consists of six phases: (1) Data preprocessing, (2) Embedding and storage, (3) Scheduled updating, (4) Document retrieval, (5) Context adaptation and request creation, and (6) Response generation. This study presents a process optimization for the design stage of multifamily buildings using Virtual Design Construction (VDC) - a collaborative project management approach. This paper will briefly overview how the constant development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has changed the interaction between people today. Real experiences have been transferred to a virtualized method, in this case, the internet. Although the space-time barriers of traditional communication have been fragmented, social relations have become more assertive, but new problems related to different behaviors arise. Bullying is defined as an act that threatens the well-being of a person and becomes cyberbullying when it is carried out over the internet, generating large-scale problems of anxiety, depression, and even the act of suicide, which is why it is essential to detect these malicious behaviors in time. We will use a Natural Language Processing (NLP) tool using Twitter as the basis for the extraction of knowledge bases.

This article presents a theoretical equation set based on the information interactions that result in experiential learning. We attempt to link our equation set to the Uppsala Internationalization Process model in order to quantify information overload and operationalize the Uppsala model under longitudinal time series settings. The study involves an analysis of access to ICTs by region in the world, Latin America and Peru, where he found that in North America the percentage of Internet users was 74.2% and that has a lower percentage of users is Africa with 6.8%, there is a large gap. Has the greatest percentage of users in Latin America is Chile with 50.4% Percentage of households with ICTs in Peru is 7.6% on the Internet, cell phone 60%, 18.9% in cable TV and 29% in fixed telephony.

Process automation is being implemented in different disciplines of earth sciences, as seen in the implementation of libraries such as Pyrolite, PyGeochemCalc, dh2loop 1.0, NeuralHydrology, GeoPyToo among others. The present work addresses a methodology to automate the geochemical univariate analysis by using Python and open-source packages such as pandas, seaborn, matplotlib, statsmodels which will be integrated into a script in a local work environment such as Jupyter notebook or in an online environment such as Google Collaboratory.
