This article begins with a study of two judicial disputes related to land ownership, which were led by peasants from the Huanta highlands, in the Ayacucho region in Peru. Based on the hermeneutic analysis of the judicial records of the disputes, it argues that these peasants intervened in the lawsuits stimulated by their experience from the independence war and the caudillista conflicts of the 19th century, developing a moral argument that served as a combat weapon to thwart the opponent in the courts and achieve the claim. In this way, they participated in the process of the formation of the republican State, prolonging the violence of war to earlyrepublican law and justice.

The study presents the results of a bibliographic review on constitutionalism that was established after the war of independence and that was assumed by the Constituent Congress of 1822. From the perspective of the historiography of law with an interdisciplinary approach, it is proposed a valuation of the role and contribution of women, peasants and Afro-descendants to the political independence of our country. The paper analyzes the formation of commercial contracts in the U.S. legal system, with a focus on the problem of risk. The author examines how contract theory has developed in the United States, from a rigid and formalistic view to a more flexible approach, embodied in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

This research applies complexity theory to explain the formation process of complex strategies. A systematic literature review was carried out to identify the state of the art and it was observed that the theoretical framework of the theory is dispersed. In this context, the local behavior scheme, unpredictability, self-organization, emergent order and evolution on the edge of chaos were identified as the most representative constructs of the theory. Based on these concepts, it was concluded that managers have a fundamental role in leading organizations; that strategies must promote experimentation, improvisation, trial and error; and that they must be constantly updated based on changes in the environment. Finally, a conceptual model of the complex strategy formation process is developed and a set of practical recommendations is provided.

The evaluation from its multiple models starts from being an essential component in any teaching process. This article aimed to carry out a review on the state of the art of formative assessment with a view from its various strategies in regular basic education in students of regular basic education.
