The attempted secession promoted in 2017 by a part of the members of the Parliament of Catalonia raises questions of enormous interest for International Law. This article reflects upon the script of non-fiction cinema. Throughout the documentaries of Chilean filmmaker Ignacio Aguero, there’s an examination of what engines creation in filmmaking: a state of confusion would be fertile for the approach to questions, key to the necesary wandering about in the creative process. Pedro Costa, Andrei Tarkovski, Raul Ruiz y Patricio Guzmán, agree with Aguero that is not possible to construct a film from script writing. In this drift of diagrams, erasures, listings, sketches, an ‘expanded script’ would be a more accurate procedure in the search for a system of relationships established inside of a film.

Museology applied to expositionally represent and symbolize historical acts of violence has been generating new dynamics in contemporary curatorial processes that are weakly explored and discussed in the academic scene. In this sense, the objective of this article is to contribute to the characterization of the current state of knowledge of curatorial practice aimed at the creation of museum spaces of and for tragic memories. In order to explore the interpretative forms of this phenomenon, the hermeneutic method was developed that allowed us to: (i) systematize the compiled bibliography, (ii) categorize and analyze its study themes to (iii) interpret and discuss them. The concepts of disinformation and misinformation have almost as many meanings as the number of authors who have treated them. Considered from the semiotic and psychological point of view, disinformation and misinformation seem to be the result of the inadequacy of what is communicated to the reality of an object. The focus of both Political Science and Public Relations is set on disinformation / misinformation as an example of how masses and public opinion can be manipulated, while the vision of Communication Sciences and Information considers such behaviours as natural features of the media in a clearly oversaturated communications ecosystem. This paper describes the different approaches to the topic of disinformation/misinformation made in the above mentioned scientific disciplines.

The present work seeks to know how the schooling experience of the Lickanantay community affected the development of their identity as indigenous after being subjected to educational migrations within and outside the ancestral territories. Methodologically, content analysis techniques were used, including ethnographic models at the field and auto-ethnographic analysis level, proposing a decolonial research directly related to the indigenous identity of participants and researchers, observing a position of militant researcher in the social process of vindication of ancestral knowledge. The independence processes in Central America and Peru are the result of a set of thoughts and actions of change of the Spanish colonial system, conceived by various characters, who promoted emancipation and outlined the new structure of the liberal State in the first half of the 19th century, based on the principle of the separation of powers, a concept bequeathed by the French school. In both processes, two wise men who exerted a notable influence stand out, José Cecilio del Valle in Central America, and Hipólito Unanue in Peru, who with their reflection and dedication were decisive in the formation of consensus that forged the emancipation and creation of new independent political units.

This article aims to reflect on a challenging process of artistic creation of collective writing from an anthropological perspective, arising from academic research, around which a clown performance event was built. This scenic event, in turn, proceeded to be transferred from its original live performance format to an audiovisual recording format of that same performance.
