The study examines the incorporation of the premises of structural litigation theory by the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF) in decisions under monitoring by the Center for Complex Structural Litigation - Nupec (ADPFs 347, 635, and 709). Adopting a deductive approach and an analytical procedural method, theoretical contributions related to disputes, processes, and structural decisions are initially addressed, including a list of the premises of structural process theory. The article explores the internal restructurings that the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court has implemented to adjust judicial procedures to handle structural disputes in the absence of regulation on structural processes in Brazil. In this work, we present some numerical results about the problem of a rising hot solid sphere immersed in a Newtonian fluid which viscosity depends on the temperature. The model formulated to solve the problem considers two dimensionless parameters: The Peclet number, Pe and a parameter related with the viscosity, e. Small and large variations on e lead to interesting results segregated into two regimes which exhibit an asymptotic structure.To carry out the computations to solve the proposed model, the element finite method was used along with a non-slip boundary condition for the contact surface between the sphere and the fluid and the results obtained were compared to those shown recently in papers related wherein contact surface has a slip-boundary condition prescribed.

Las estructuras de tensegridad suave están compuestas por elementos flexibles de elastómeros, que cumplen las funciones de piezas de tensión y compresión. También es posible tener elementos elastómeros que se vean afectados por fuerzas magnéticas, al añadir partículas ferromagnéticas a su composición. Esto abre la posibilidad de accionar una estructura de tensegridad blanda a través de fuerzas magnéticas que pueden afectar algunas partes de la misma. In them, it was found that there were influences of its editors, in addition to the pressures exerted by the company and the sponsors. The aim of this paper is to analyze some of the influences of journalists, 15 years after the beginning of this research. It is intended to evaluate the conclusions of previous research and add another factor: the effect of social networks as a new element of pressure. In-depth interviews were conducted with eight journalists who worked as reporters on various national media. The elected journalists were young, precisely to evaluate new opinions regarding perceived autonomy. It was concluded that, for half of the interviewed journalists, the economic pressures of the owners of the company lack autonomy; Most do not feel pressured by their editors and social networks mean, for half the interviewees, a factor to take into account in their publications.

The text explores some basic ideas about the epistemology behind the theory of Structural Realism, or Neorealism, by Kenneth Waltz. First, the problem of descriptive interpretation of theories, particularly in the discipline of International Relations, as well as certain critical conceptions that arise from this logic. Second, the formal structure of the theoretical programs is analyzed in general, with an emphasis on the theoretical structure of Structural Realism. In this study, the author analyzes the criminal and administrative liability of legal persons, according to Legislative Decree No. 30424. In the paper, it is proposed why legal entities do not comply with some of the elements that make up the structure of the crime.

The North Peruvian Andes present a remarkable and complete cretaceous sedimentation accumulated in a siliciclastic and carbonate platform, with a very important subsidence; which, during the Cenozoic, was affected by a compressive tectonic style, which generated a system of folds and reverse faults with vergence to the east. This entire system is cut by numerous stocks and porphyritic subvolcanic domes of acid composition, which follow an Andean course (approximately NW-SE), which have served as a source of mineralizing fluids for the different mineralized areas in the strip between the sierra of the department of La Libertad and the south of the department of Cajamarca (7 ° -8 ° S). The increase of urban population in seismic areas and the lack of urban planning have caused the occupancy of hazardous zones around most cities in Latin America. Some dwellings in these settlements are located on terraces on steep hills supported by pircas (dry stone retaining walls). Seismic vulnerability analysis of these structures becomes a crucial step to assess the level of damage generated in possible events, and to propose alternatives for risk reduction and prevention. This analysis was conducted through a numerical model based on the discrete element method (DEM), three typologies of pircas where modelled according to a statistical analysis carried out in the case study. This work develops an analysis of the rhetorical procedures of the prose of some stories by Leonardo Padura: "Según pasan los años", "El cazador", "La puerta de Alcalá". In them in a vaguely way a "flattening" of the several elements of narrative representation would be configured. This procedure can be described as a metonymic continuity or as a "textualization" of various planes of semiotic immanence, which would result in a special narrative verisimilitude: the fictional and historical reality keeps dissolving their limits with any apparent change in a pertinent level. In this way, the domains of fiction are extended to the field of life forms and these forms are projected to textual significance.

El presente trabajo de tesis consistió en obtener y caracterizar biocompósitos de celulosa con nanopartículas de óxido de zinc (NPs de ZnO) que presenten excelente protección contra la radiación ultravioleta (UVR). Los biocompósitos se obtuvieron a partir del método de teñido textil por agotamiento, empleando la máquina de teñido por alta temperatura, ECO DYER-24. Se mejoró el proceso de funcionalización añadiendo un proceso de prelavado al biocompósito. Luego, durante la misma funcionalización, se evaluaron parámetros como, la dosificación, concentración de reactivos, temperatura del proceso, velocidad de rotación de la máquina, entre otros. In the northern part of Peru, between Marañon river and the Eastern Cordillera is located the Gollón – Callangate Batholith shaped by discontinuous plutonic bodies along 100 kilometers, from Santo Tomas to Bambamarca. Its host are metamorphic rocks of the Marañon Complex and sedimentary rocks of Lower Paleozoic age. The batholith has as components mainly medium grain sized granodiorites to tonalites (Gollón, Balsas, Lavador and Los Alisos units) monzogranites (Abra Chanchillo, Yalen, Enaben, Callangate units) and syenogranites (Chacanto unit). Their textures and structures are primary, isotropic. The most common minerals are: plagioclase, K felspar, quartz, biotite, hornblende, and apatite, zircon, magnetite as accessories.
