During their university years, the student of architecture carries out several hands-on works that are essential for their academic development such as the making of models, plans, and reports that are mostly discharged later without considering their value. Therefore, the aim of this research was to analyze the management of solid waste generated in the FAUA-UPAO Architecture Program, considering the principles of the 5Rs and the recycling culture that students have. For this, the waste produced was sorted out based on its lifetime and toxicity level. Objective. The objective of the current study was to evaluate critical nutrients of industrialized foods and compare them with the technical parameters established in the Peruvian regulations, in its two stages of implementation, referring to front-of-package labeling before the beginning of its validity in June 2019. Methods. Cross-sectional study in which the critical nutrients of sodium, total sugar, saturated fat and transfat were analyzed from data declared in the nutritional labels of 511 processed and ultra-processed foods that were part of the products purchased for the consumption of 88 families of students from one private university in Lima. In this work we present the design of a Process for the treatment of the urban salid wastes (USW) produced in the northern part of Lima. The plant will be installed in the district of Puente Piedra, region of Lima. The treatment capacily is of 1500 TM/day and ethanol, methane and diesel 2 has been produced of added value, also a higher reduction is achieved to 80% in volume of USW destination at present to the final disposition in the sanitarias fillings fields of Zapallal and The Vizcacha. The impact of the implementation ol this process will be positive so much in the technological, economic and environmental aspects.

The growing energy demand and per-capita consumption create environmental problems due to the generation of organic and inorganic waste. At present, it has been established to identify the ideal management conditions to mitigate these environmental problems and achieve sustainable development, with the implementation of waste recovery and recycling systems. In this research work, the scope of consumption and waste generation of the San José campus of the Catholic University of Santa María in Arequipa-Peru are studied, developing a waste recovery and identification system. The implementation of renewable energy is a viable option to reduce the use of fossil fuels and polluting emissions. Biomass is an excellent renewable energy source and is cleaner than coal. It can be obtained from organic inputs such as wood and agricultural waste and, if used sustainably, can meet the energy needs of various sectors. Textile effluents from Franky & Ricky S.A (Arequipa-Peru) were treated using coagulationflocculation process by the two commercial agents Perifloc and Al2 (SO4)3, and Triticum aestivum L. starch as an aid of the process. The treatment capacity was determined by the degree of removal of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), pH, and light absorbance (Coloration level). Due to the variance of textile effluent COD, BOD, TSS and coloration, two different optimal doses were established for effluents with high and low coloration of dyes, being 18 and 12 mg·L-1 for Perifloc, and 150 and 50 mg·L-1 for Al2(SO4)3 respectively. En este trabajo se propone un proceso para el tratamiento de los residuos sólidos urbanos (RSU) generados en el cono norte de Lima. La planta se instalará en el distrito de Puente Piedra, región de Lima. La capacidad de tratamiento es de 1500 TM/dia y se produce etanol, metano y diesel 2 como productos de valor agregado, asimismo se logra una reducción superior al 80% en volumen de RSU destinados actualmente a la disposición final en los rellenos sanitarios de Zapallal y La Vizcacha. El impacto de la implementación de este proceso será positivo tanto en los aspectos tecnológico, económico y ambiental.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo contribuir con el manejo de los residuos sólidos generados en la Planta de Procesos de la Mina Orión ubicada en el departamento de Arequipa, para cuyo efecto se definió la política de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, se elaboró el plan de manejo para los residuos sólidos y el plan operativo 2017 para el manejo de los residuos sólidos generados en la Planta. En la parte operativa, la muestra estuvo constituida por los 105 trabajadores que laboran en la Planta de Procesos de la Mina Orión y por los 52 contenedores debidamente rotulados, lo cual facilitó la caracterización de los residuos sólidos. The implementation of an automatic control system in the fire-tube boiler of the Unit Operations Laboratory of the FIQT-UNI was performed to improve the utilization of the steam generated by it. The first point implemented had been an automatic purge using a ladder programming language established in a relay. This system allows the automatic purge by using a pneumatic valve; the second point was the implementation of a monitoring system, supervision and data logging of the temperature flue gas and as a last point, the implementation of a portable flue gas analyzer and the total steam duct insulation in order to minimize energy losses.The best results of this research could be applied ,through the same process, on an industrial level in industries which use boilers as their heart for their various processes in order to obtain improvements in their processes and in their operation costs.

El presente trabajo de investigación nace por la existencia de empresas comercializadoras de combustible como el Grifo Santa Úrsula, que operan sin tener en cuenta políticas y procedimientos para realizar una buena gestión ambiental, trabajando de forma empírica, hecho que la hace vulnerable.
