Confronted with the challenges of the globalized world, recent research suggests that identification with humanity has socio-affective roots and is driven by the celebration of collective rituals that promote benevolence and universalism. This paper analyzes the relation of a self-transcendent emotion (i.e., Awe) lived in local collective meetings with human identity. We conducted a across-sectional study in Mexico and the Basque Country (N = 656), and the results of structural equation modelling shows that this emotion increases the identification with humanity, well-being (directly) and prosocial behavior (indirectly). Further, the intensity of this emotion also predicted the perception of emotional synchrony while controlling for more stable and trait-alike variables. Ante los desafíos del mundo globalizado, investigaciones recientes sugieren que la identificación con la humanidad tiene bases socio-afectivas y es impulsada con la celebración de rituales colectivos que promueven la benevolencia y universalismo. Este trabajo analiza la relación de una emoción de auto-trascendencia (Awe) vivida en encuentros colectivos locales con la identidad humana. Los resultados de ecuaciones estructurales a partir de un estudio transversal realizado en México y el País Vasco (N = 656) muestra que estas emociones incrementan la identificación con la humanidad, el bienestar (directamente) y también la conducta prosocial (de manera indirecta). The study analyzes the citizen engagement of technological students with a local government from Bronfenbrenner's ecological approach. A quantitative, non-experimental and cross-sectional design was applied, 623 surveys were processed with a Likert scale and sociodemographic variables. The results show substantial differences in the micro, meso and macro levels according to age, gender and sex. The theory of collaborative governance and social imaginaries reinforce the understanding of contextual factors about technological students and their link with the community. Disruptive public policy strategies are recommended to institutionalize student participation and foster inclusive environments in the public sector. The findings show the need for multilevel approaches to consolidate democratic processes from technological education.

La presente investigación buscó determinar en qué medida la contratación pública se relaciona con la ejecución de gasto público en los gobiernos locales de Lima norte, 2021. El presente estudio de caso tuvo como objetivo describir, analizar y comprender las experiencias de las enfermeras en la canalización de vías endovenosas en pacientes pediátricos en un hospital 2019, con un enfoque cualitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por doce enfermeras que laboran en el servicio de pediatría del Hospital Regional, se determinó por saturación y redundancia incluyendo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se utilizó la técnica de recolección de datos, entrevista semiestructurada a profundidad, para el procesamiento de la información se empleó el método del análisis temático. Este artículo aborda las transformaciones del vínculo institucional entre las poblaciones periféricas (rurales e indígenas) y el Estado durante la creación e implementación de un gobierno republicano que intentaba cambiar las instituciones y prácticas del Estado colonial peruano. In the framework of the self-determination process of ‘indigenous integral territories’ led by the Coordinadora Regional de los Pueblos Indígenas (CORPI), the Awajún and Wampis organizations have been defining their territories in a series of intra- and inter-ethnic meetings, objectifying their relationship with their respective geographic areas. In this sense, such process of indigenous autonomization interacts with State models and political institutions. In this paper,on the basis of our participation in anthropological reports to support the demand for recognition of ‘integral territories’, we try todescribe and analyze the dynamics of local autonomy, supra-local alliances and inter-ethnic borders among the Awajún and Wampis and how such dynamics have mobilized them facing the increasing pressure by the national society and global capitalism.
