The present study tries to clearly formulate the syntactic concepts necessary to understand and interpret classical Latin texts, as well as philosophical, historical or literary texts, compulsory in university humanistic studies.The study of the Latin language entails the conjunction of two essential aspects of language: its morphology (regarding Latin, with its nominal, adjectival and pronominal declensions, as well as the paradigms of verb conjugations) and syntax, that is, the characteristic rules of its structure, its expressions, and its possibilities.In this study we do not take into account the morphological rules as they are already known. The internet supposes different ways of elaborating, structuring and disseminating the news according to the language of each of the social networks. The most controversial institution incorporated into the Criminal Procedure Code of 2004 was the sentence of the acquitted, which is the power that the Superior Criminal Chamber has, when resolving the appeal that may have been filed against a previous acquittal sentence issued in favor of the accused (first instance), in being able to amend it in a conviction against this same procedural subject (second instance), sentencing decision that originally could only be questioned by means of the appeal of cassation. This essay offers a feasible and verifiable theoretical basis for affirming what is called the fourth procedural paradigm, corresponding to the constitutional perspective of the civil procedure or the constitutionalization of it, as an overcoming of its previous classical and instrumentalist stages. To this end, through the interdisciplinary method, the research uses constitutional law, legal interpretation and procedural law to reshape the theoretical bases of the civil process and give it a constitutionalized value through the recognition of fundamental procedural rights as directly applicable norms containing optimization mandates. La presente investigación es de tipo básica-correlacional, tiene como variables de estudio al bullying y al funcionamiento familiar en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa San Ramón-Recoleta de la ciudad de Cajamarca, 2019. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar si existe relación entre el bullying y las dimensiones del funcionamiento familiar en cada uno de los adolescentes. Para esto, se aplicaron dos tests: CUVE3-ESO y FACES IV. La población fue de 600 estudiantes. La muestra escogida consta de 234 adolescentes, obtenidos con la fórmula de muestra finita bajo el criterio no probabilístico. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo caracterizar el modelo dominante de la función cuadrática en las fichas de matemática del ciclo VII de la Educación Secundaria. The anterior sector problems are very common in our professional practice and became vital importance to make a suitable rehabilitation in these cases; we can not do a good rehabilitation if we do not know the basic characteristics, both aesthetic and functional. Today the composites are a valid alternative for the restoration of the anterior sector, since they offer to us a conservative and aesthetic possibility, but independently of the material to use we have to based on certain rules or parameters to realize a suitable rehabilitation. In this article the basic criteria to keep in mind are detailed to restore the anterior sector as well as the skills on having used composites.

Los problemas en el sector anterior son muy comunes en nuestra práctica profesional y cobra vital importancia el realizar una adecuada rehabilitación en estos casos; no podemos hacer una buena rehabilitación si no conocemos las características básicas tanto estéticas como funcionales. Hoy las resinas compuestas son una alternativa válida para la reconstrucción del sector anterior, ya que nos brindan una buena posibilidad conservadora y estética, pero independientemente del material a utilizar debemos basarnos en ciertas reglas o parámetros para realizar una adecuada rehabilitación. En el presente artículo se detallan los criterios básicos a tomar en cuenta para reconstruir el sector anterior así como la técnica al utilizar resinas compuestas.

This article considers that the social function of journalism is based on the belief in the journalistic objectivity, true illusio which involves a set of explicit and implicit rules that structure and define this social game. For this reason, we propose to investigate the processes of socialization and subjectivation that imply the incorporation of the belief in the journalistic objectivity and a series of mechanisms intended for production. In this sense, and since we postulate the need to reinstate the agent of the practices, in theoreticalmethodological link the perspective of relational sociology with the journalistic experiences reconstructed on the basis of the experiences of the journalists interviewed in our research.

The biblical story of the Tower of Babel, in addition to teaching us the importance of communication, can teach us how important it is to establish certain basic rules when sharing a space with other people. These basic rules can be seen embodied, contemporarily, in the rules of condominiums.In the article, the authors explore the nature of these regulations, their basic contents and the functions they perform. Mainly, the bylaws serve to reduce transaction costs between the parties involved, so that they can reach agreements that allow coexistence in a scenario of own and common property.
