Nowadays is fundamental the interrelationship of the diverse specialities of dentistry for the resolution of the treatments realized in the patients who come to the odontologic consultation, since the vision slanted of some area can deprive to offer a better possibility of treatment. Working with specialists in different areas carries to orientating adequately the treatments and to optimizing results. In the present article the integral rehabilitation of a patient is detailed by the participation of the specialities of oral surgery, periodoncia, oral rehabilitation and operative dental. The obtained results were satisfactory for the patient since she recover a suitably oclusal scheme as well as the lost aesthetics. The multidisciplinary treatment in dentistry leads to optimizing the clinical results offering a more wide vision of the possibilities of treatment for the patients.

The anterior sector problems are very common in our professional practice and became vital importance to make a suitable rehabilitation in these cases; we can not do a good rehabilitation if we do not know the basic characteristics, both aesthetic and functional. The restoration of a root canal treated tooth with change of color represents a challenge in the current dentistry, since in some cases it is not enough to perform only one procedure that is the appropriate one in our opinion, but it is possible to consider choosing a set of them to obtain satisfactory results. Nowadays, preformed posts are being used frequently, but they do not follow root canal anatomy. Obtaining a more anatomical form of the root canal and reducing the space of the cement, it would help to reduce the possibility of its eviction. This article details the process of making of an anatomical preformed post and the advantages that would represent its clinical use.

Nowadays we possess diverse materials to realize posterior direct restorations as the seventh-generation adhesives and the nanotechnology resins systems. As well as the materials are changing in the time the same happens with the techniques and protocols to use. In the present article there is detailed the protocol of application of seventh-generation adhesives as agent of link and the application of a composite resin using the oblique incremental technique in cavities with and without glass ionomer in the resolution of a clinical case. Results: The obtained results were satisfactory for the patient since it was possible to restore adequately the dental piece involved returning the aesthetics and the lost function. Conclusions: The deep knowledge of the materials to be used as well as the techniques it is going to lead to optimizing of our rehabilitation treatment.

It is essential to make a correct diagnosis, not only when dental whitening procedures but in any proceedings, as well as to offer an approach from various perspectives interrelating the various specialties of dentistry in order to achieve the best possible results.

In the reconstruction of endodontically treated teeth we have many clinical possibilities and this is due to the advancement of materials and technologies. The job of the professional is to be qualified to accomplish the current procedures modifying its protocols. The most commonly materials used for cementing posts are glass ionomer, resin modified glass ionomer and resin cements. For all these materials we need to obtain a homogeneous, thin layer without cracks or bubbles. These characteristics are difficult to achieve because of especial characteristics of root canal. A review of literature on the materials and techniques commonly used in the cementation of prefabricated post is presented and a protocol that can guide the clinician to obtain predictable and reliable results over time is proposed.

Los problemas en el sector anterior son muy comunes en nuestra práctica profesional y cobra vital importancia el realizar una adecuada rehabilitación en estos casos; no podemos hacer una buena rehabilitación si no conocemos las características básicas tanto estéticas como funcionales. The dental bleaching is a procedure that provides good clinical results, but sometimes there is a need to combine the bleaching with other procedures in order to optimize the results such as the use of composite restorations. The present case report describes the application of the dental bleaching procedures by carbamide peroxide 16 % and direct restorations with composite resin in the resolution of a clinical case. The aim was to describe correctly the bleaching technique using trays combined with the application of composite resins in a clear and simple way.
