Background: Previous studies have reported a higher prevalence of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) in US Hispanic/Latina populations. However, survival outcomes and treatment approaches over time in Latin American females are scarcely reported. We aimed to evaluate the temporal variation in treatment patterns and overall survival (OS) outcomes of females with TNBC according to cancer stage. Materials and Methods: We performed a single-center retrospective cohort study on 1840 females from 2000 to 2014. Patients were classified in 3 calendar periods (2000-2004, 2005-2009, and 2010-2014). The Kaplan-Meier method and multivariable regression analyses were employed. Results: Stage III cancer was identified in half of the population. The financial sector faces difficulties in managing risks due to the increasing volume of structured and unstructured data, which complicates the identification of financial risks such as payment defaults. Traditional models are insufficient to address this problem, prompting the exploration of Big Data solutions. This study aims to review how Big Data architecture models can enhance the prediction and management of financial risks in banks. A systematic literature review was conducted, analyzing 32 relevant studies published between 2019 and 2023. The results indicate that various Big Data frameworks and architectures, such as those utilizing technologies like Apache Spark and Apache Storm, effectively process large data volumes in real-time. El presente estudio se enfoca en determinar, en el año 2025, la relación entre el bienestar laboral y el clima organizacional en los trabajadores de la empresa Gráfica Real, mediante el uso de instrumentos estructurados y análisis estadístico correlacional. Para ello, se empleó un diseño de investigación cuantitativo, no experimental, de tipo correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra fue censal y estuvo conformada por los 40 trabajadores de la empresa mencionada. Se utilizó un cuestionario compuesto por 24 ítems para medir las variables de bienestar laboral y clima organizacional. La confiabilidad del instrumento fue evaluada mediante el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose un valor de 0.907 para la variable bienestar laboral y 0.909 para la variable clima organizacional. RESUMEN La presente tesis analiza una obra de expansión del Centro Comercial Real Plaza en Cusco, el mismo que incluye la construcción de un ByPass vehicular para mejorar el estacionamiento y la salida hacia la Av. de la Cultura S/N. Durante la fase de ejecución, surgieron modificaciones a la ingeniería por parte del cliente, lo que generó problemas en el cronograma, presupuesto e interferencias. Para abordar estos desafíos, se emplearon dos metodologías clave: Last Planner y BIM. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to find out the impact of gold and oil prices on the stock market. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the data on gold prices, stock exchange and oil prices for the period 1991–2016. This study applied descriptive statistics, augmented Dickey–Fuller test, correlation and autoregressive distributed lag test. Findings: The data analysis results showed that gold and oil prices have a significant impact on the stock market. Research limitations/implications: Following empirical evidence of this study, the authors recommend that investors should invest in gold because the main reason is that hike in inflation reduces the real value of money, and people seek to invest in alternative investment avenues like gold to preserve the value of their assets and earn additional returns.
