The present article analyzes the importance of functional or program budgets in the public sector, as well as their implementation in Peru. In this context, the author defines functional budgets as a tool for public planning and management that allows for the allocation of public resources based on specific objectives, through the identification of programs and projects that can best contribute to achieving said objectives. On the other hand, it is established that the implementation of such program budgets in Peru has posed a series of challenges and difficulties due to the lack of serious plans, the broad powers of the legislative branch, as well as the null capacity for monitoring and the lack of continuous evaluation of programs by the government. The assignation of traffic flow to an urban transportation network can be done using Wardrop's equilibrium principle, which deals the election of travel routes by the users. This election is done under the hypothesis of uniform information to users based on the perception they have of a minimum travel costs between the travel origin-destination. According to this principle, in the network flow point, none of the users would improve their travel costs changing the route initially chosen unilaterally. The traffic flow in these conditions are called user's deterministic traffic flow. Although it is usual to associate the term ‘criticism’ with the argumentative academic article, its exercise extends to other genres, whose relative lack of definition or ‘minor’ character allows them to advance in domains of uncertain limits. The study was carried out in seven communities of the "Setor Muyuy" near the town of Iquitos in 2004. This study also compares the agrobiodiversity of a community in 1999. The methodology used is the same applied by the "People, Land Management and Environmental Change" from United Nations University, which prioritizes experimentation, demonstration and explication of the agricultural systems by farmers themselves. The present study aims to analyze and establish communicative lines of convergence and opposition between the life and work of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega and Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, in the craft of writing as testimonial discourse. Although these two writers may appear to have different positions or interests, the value they both attach to language as to the Hispanic American culture of classical knowledge and art cannot be dismissed. Likewise, both writers belong to an important historical period, within which and from each of their geographical spaces they seek to leave in writing the ideal of a century (XVI-XVII), that is, the ideological project of their time, channeled through their own beliefs and ideas.

The rationale of this paper is to report by presenting data on the direct recognition of the canal that supplied water for over three hundred years to the city of Wari, from investigations with excavations in several sections of the channel, as a reference for qochas work, canals, reservoirs supplying the metropolis Wari (Perez 2006, 2007 and 2010) and as part of the hydrologic and hydraulic study of inca canal Wari Wari Yarccan or Yarcca in Ayacucho (Chavarría 2010). We believe that this is a great proyec for social and economic infraestructure that the Wari state executed in the Andes during the second half of the first millennium od the present Christian era, about 800 yerars before formation of the Empire of Tawantinsuyo.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) sigue siendo uno de los patógenos más mortales a nivel mundial, a pesar de ser una enfermedad prevenible. La tuberculosis (TB) se trata con una combinación de cuatro medicamentos antituberculosos de primera línea: rifampicina (RIF), isoniacida, pirazinamida y etambutol, para cepas sensibles a los medicamentos. Entre estos, la RIF es uno de los agentes más potentes para controlar la enfermedad. Sin embargo, la resistencia a la RIF conlleva la aparición de casos de TB resistente a la RIF (RR-TB) o multidrogo resistente (MDR-TB). El mecanismo principal de resistencia implica mutaciones en el gen rpoB, que es responsable de aproximadamente el 95% de los casos. This project begins with prenatal sensory stimulation in order to improve the baby´s quality of life, finding ways to manage the pregnant´s tranquility, returning better levels of emotional stability and controlling high levels of hormones related to stress which alter the organization of the baby´s neurological maturing, as well as contributing to produce well-being hormones which strengthen cerebral maturity. This also contributes to child formation at early ages developing his/her psychological maturing, taking into account the configuration of affections in the mother, the child, the couple as well as search of the family unity. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo poder dar a conocer, revalorar y comercializar un alimento en extinción, el pajuro, a partir de la producción de “leche” de pajuro (Erythrina edulis) con sabor a chocolate, en presentación de 1 litro en bolsas laminadas. Este producto beneficiara a los consumidores con su alto valor nutricional, calidad de los insumos, producto responsable con el medio ambiente a precios competitivos. Se realizó el estudio para comprobar su aceptación en el mercado, viabilidad técnica, económica, financiera y social de este nuevo producto. El presente estudio descriptivo correlacional, se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre el funcionamiento familiar y el proyecto de vida en adolescentes de la Institución Educativa “José Carlos Mariátegui” de Sausal en el año 2014. El universo muestral estuvo conformado por 182 adolescentes. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos, el primero fue para medir el funcionamiento familiar y el segundo para evaluar el proyecto de vida. Obteniendo los siguientes resultados: el 74.7% tienen familia funcional y el 25.3% familia disfuncional. En relación al proyecto de vida, el 53.8% tienen proyecto de vida pero no ejecutan, el 36.3% tienen y ejecutan su proyecto de vida y el 9.9% tienen noción de proyecto de vida.
