The assignation of traffic flow to an urban transportation network can be done using Wardrop's equilibrium principle, which deals the election of travel routes by the users. This election is done under the hypothesis of uniform information to users based on the perception they have of a minimum travel costs between the travel origin-destination. According to this principle, in the network flow point, none of the users would improve their travel costs changing the route initially chosen unilaterally. Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) sigue siendo uno de los patógenos más mortales a nivel mundial, a pesar de ser una enfermedad prevenible. La tuberculosis (TB) se trata con una combinación de cuatro medicamentos antituberculosos de primera línea: rifampicina (RIF), isoniacida, pirazinamida y etambutol, para cepas sensibles a los medicamentos. Entre estos, la RIF es uno de los agentes más potentes para controlar la enfermedad. Sin embargo, la resistencia a la RIF conlleva la aparición de casos de TB resistente a la RIF (RR-TB) o multidrogo resistente (MDR-TB). This project begins with prenatal sensory stimulation in order to improve the baby´s quality of life, finding ways to manage the pregnant´s tranquility, returning better levels of emotional stability and controlling high levels of hormones related to stress which alter the organization of the baby´s neurological maturing, as well as contributing to produce well-being hormones which strengthen cerebral maturity. The literary criticism admits multiple discursive supports. Although it is usual to associate the term ‘criticism’ with the argumentative academic article, its exercise extends to other genres, whose relative lack of definition or ‘minor’ character allows them to advance in domains of uncertain limits. Instead of equating criticism exclusively with the form in which its professional practice is manifested, here we propose to establish the critical function as a common denominator of texts that are inscribed in genres such as the essay, the prologue, the chronicle, and the epistolary (when these are produced between intellectuals who postulate evaluative judgements or cultural and editorial projects). The present article analyzes the importance of functional or program budgets in the public sector, as well as their implementation in Peru. In this context, the author defines functional budgets as a tool for public planning and management that allows for the allocation of public resources based on specific objectives, through the identification of programs and projects that can best contribute to achieving said objectives. On the other hand, it is established that the implementation of such program budgets in Peru has posed a series of challenges and difficulties due to the lack of serious plans, the broad powers of the legislative branch, as well as the null capacity for monitoring and the lack of continuous evaluation of programs by the government. The aim of the article is to study the sustainable practice and the economic role of the agricultural biodiversity in the more unstable environments of the floodplains, the "sand bars" and "silt bars". The study was carried out in seven communities of the "Setor Muyuy" near the town of Iquitos in 2004. This study also compares the agrobiodiversity of a community in 1999. The methodology used is the same applied by the "People, Land Management and Environmental Change" from United Nations University, which prioritizes experimentation, demonstration and explication of the agricultural systems by farmers themselves. The results show the agricultural systems of sand bars and silt bars vary according to the type of annual sediment. In 2004, agricultural credit is promoted for rice. Neither are the two DNAAF4 c.1177C> T (p.Leu393Phe) and DNAAF5 c.1195G> A (p.Glu399Lys) mutations found in the "CFTR Project”, and their clinical consequences are currently uncertain. Here, we report the case of a Peruvian woman presenting this mutation, bronchiectasis and loss of lung function and provide a review of the literature.

The rationale of this paper is to report by presenting data on the direct recognition of the canal that supplied water for over three hundred years to the city of Wari, from investigations with excavations in several sections of the channel, as a reference for qochas work, canals, reservoirs supplying the metropolis Wari (Perez 2006, 2007 and 2010) and as part of the hydrologic and hydraulic study of inca canal Wari Wari Yarccan or Yarcca in Ayacucho (Chavarría 2010). We believe that this is a great proyec for social and economic infraestructure that the Wari state executed in the Andes during the second half of the first millennium od the present Christian era, about 800 yerars before formation of the Empire of Tawantinsuyo.

Este producto beneficiara a los consumidores con su alto valor nutricional, calidad de los insumos, producto responsable con el medio ambiente a precios competitivos. Se realizó el estudio para comprobar su aceptación en el mercado, viabilidad técnica, económica, financiera y social de este nuevo producto. The present study aims to analyze and establish communicative lines of convergence and opposition between the life and work of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega and Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, in the craft of writing as testimonial discourse. Although these two writers may appear to have different positions or interests, the value they both attach to language as to the Hispanic American culture of classical knowledge and art cannot be dismissed. Likewise, both writers belong to an important historical period, within which and from each of their geographical spaces they seek to leave in writing the ideal of a century (XVI-XVII), that is, the ideological project of their time, channeled through their own beliefs and ideas.

The objective of this work was to compare different approaches that allow a better characterization of the environmental quality using benthic macroinvertebrates as indicators in rivers of the southwestern highlands. The study was developed with data from the hydrobiology monitoring of the Quellaveco Project between the years 2013-2015, with which we obtained quality indices (ABI, EPT, IMEERA and SVAP), community structure indices (Shannon, Simpson, N1 of the Hill and Pielou series) and functional diversity indices (richness, diversity, dissimilarity and functional equity, and Rao’s Q).
