Metacognition as a learning process allows our mind to have the ability to turn on itself and analyze our own thoughts and our knowledge. For this reason, it is important that the teachinglearning processes are strengthened in order to achieve a satisfactory learning in students and give them a better knowledge of their abilities. In this regard, the present article will address the topic of metacognition, its dimensions, metacognitive strategies and metacognition classes in order to provide a contribution to Education at all levels.

Current methods focus on the aspects related to the lessons learned, feedback and information sharing, however many organizations do not establish feedback mechanisms for organizational learning with the lessons learned as a result of process deployment initiatives participation. This paper describes the steps in order to identify the lessons learned as a result to put in practice the processes. It also provides a practical analysis of lessons learned identified in software process deployment initiatives in order to improve the knowledge in the organizations.

The objective of the research work was to propose a teaching method that allowed the self-management of knowledge related to the zoology of invertebrates by the students of the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Education career, comparing in-person learning vs. those not in attendance. For the development of the research, information gathering and processing methods were used, which allowed us to verify the shortcomings in terms of the use and elaboration of this type of teaching medium, for the teaching-learning process from the non-face-to-face modality. The metaverse is a construction of universes operated in digital environments where users connect to alternate realities on an identity platform through avatars that reflect their appearance, physical movements, body and facial expressions. We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations). The comparison with the results obtained at the end of the week in general evaluations (common for each class) were positive, which encouraged us to keep up this learning process by common agreement.At the end of the course when comparisons between each class were made we saw that 70% passed the course due to applying this methodology.
