This work has been prepared with two objectives. The first is to expose the reasons why ex officio promotion in the execution stage of labor processes is an obligation of judges to make the right to effective jurisdictional protection a reality. The second is to present the practice of this ex officio impulse in a labor lawyer's peace court and the consequences of it. From these purposes, the conclusion was reached that, due to the right to jurisdictional protection contained in various legal, constitutional and conventional mandates, the judge has the intrinsic obligation to necessarily ensure the effectiveness of the sentences, a task that must be carried out trade, in such a way that in addition to generating the material satisfaction of the winner of the process, it helps to improve confidence in the Judiciary. Additionally, for said informal execution, judges have various legal powe...

Researchers have explored the antecedents and consequences of recovery satisfaction by creating, improving or using scales. However, scales should be invariant among contexts and cultures. Using item response theory, a methodological approach that helps measure items, we evaluated some constructs related to it. Results, limitations and future research are discussed.

The cognition or declaratory process is currently the only mechanism that allows a creditor to claim recognition of its right, but it has significant disadvantages, such as its lengthy duration of 5 to 10 years and the high costs associated with it, even for small debts. To solve this problem, the order for payment process has been implemented in several jurisdictions, which offers a more agile procedure in which a judge can quickly recognize the creditor's right and issue an enforceable order. This process can be pure, without the need for documentary evidence, or documentary, which requires some evidence to support the claimed obligation. In case of opposition by the debtor, this must be substantiated, which may result in a declaratory proceeding to clarify the existence of the claim. The Commission for the Reform of the Code of Civil Procedure proposes two types of order for payment p...

In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. The process mining discipline uses the discovery of the study process to identify existing bottlenecks in the process and violations that are included when monitoring process events. The proposed model is based on identifying the existing bottlenecks in the processes, which are appointment booking and office care, as these process...

The study sought to determine if there are differences in working memory and executive neuropsychological functions in children with different reading levels belonging to different socio-cultural realities. The sample was 71 students from Huancavelica and 82 students from Lima and Callao from the 3rd. And 4 to. Primary grade, all of Public Educational Institutions. It was a comparative descriptive study. First, the reading processes in the Huancavelica and Lima-Callao groups were evaluated with the PROLEC-R (Cuetos, Rodríguez, Ruano and Arribas, 2007), finding significant differences. On that basis, the Working Memory was evaluated, with subtests of the WISC-IV Test (Wechsler Intelligence Test-2006) and the executive neuropsychological functions with some BANFE tests (Flores-Ostrosky, 2012) in both groups. The results showed significant differences in Working Memory in favor of the Lima...

Eviction processes, in our social environment, have become one of the ways to put an end to a conflict related to the best right of possession of a property, so our national legislation in order to ensure the execution of an anticipated sentence has regulated precautionary measures that have an instrumental relationship with the main process, as they serve the purposes of the latter to ensure the effectiveness of the resolution that puts an end to it; Thus, our national legislation provides for the precautionary measure on the merits as an ideal figure for this purpose; However, in order to access it, it is necessary to prove the verisimilitude or appearance of the right, as well as to prove that the property is in a state of abandonment, and finally a contracaution must be offered, however this legal figure is inapplicable in the However, as can be seen, there is a need for the state to...

Sleepiness could cause different accidents at work and in our daily lives. Activities such as driving a car, handling heavy machinery, being in charge of controlling a satellite or monitoring a nuclear plant, are activities that require short visual and motor reaction times. These reactions could be affected by sleepiness. The highest number of these accidents is related to vehicular accidents. WHO statistics show that 1.2 million people worldwide die every year due to road crashes, 50 million people are injured, and more than 3,000 people die daily from road traffic injuries. The primary objective of the present work is to develop a tool based on techniques of artificial intelligence and image processing that can detect states of sleepiness in people whose work needs the greatest attention-to avoid accidents. The idea is to develop an algorithm that can be executed on a computer and thr...
