This essay offers a feasible and verifiable theoretical basis for affirming what is called the fourth procedural paradigm, corresponding to the constitutional perspective of the civil procedure or the constitutionalization of it, as an overcoming of its previous classical and instrumentalist stages. To this end, through the interdisciplinary method, the research uses constitutional law, legal interpretation and procedural law to reshape the theoretical bases of the civil process and give it a constitutionalized value through the recognition of fundamental procedural rights as directly applicable norms containing optimization mandates. Las empresas de lavanderías industriales cuentan con una amplia gama de máquinas que operan constantemente, lo que a largo plazo ocasiona fallos tanto en la parte mecánica-eléctrica como electrónica. El fallo más perjudicial es el de la tarjeta de control, ya que esta rige cada función del sistema. Esta investigación ha permitido construir una Red Neuronal Artificial RNA con Función de Base Radial, y que utiliza la distancia de Mahalanobis RND, para la mejora de la calidad de diseño de procesos, obteniendo mejores resultados que los obtenidos con los análisis estadísticos tradicionales para los diseños experimentales y las RNA ya existentes, para los casos que se trabaje con varias variables dependientes e independientes y en los que sus relaciones no sean lineales. Asimismo, al RND permite obtener parámetros de entrada para lograr un nivel de calidad deseado; para ello se aplica una metodología que usa las RNA Inversa y Directa a la vez.

This article analyzes training workshops against gender-based violence in Brazil and Mexico as spaces that produce an inner-worldly secular spirituality, examining their rituals, processes of moral conversion, and the elaboration of a specific emotional interiority. The research is based on an ethnography that accompanied facilitators, activists, and professionals from the psychosocial and legal fields, using participant observation and discourse analysis. The findings reveal that these workshops function as secular rituals in which empathy is sacralized as a redeeming emotion, testimony enables the transformation from “victims” into “survivors,” and a moral dualism is established between “human agency” (good) and “oppressive structures” (evil). The study of the complex ultracellular processes of nucleic acids is a subject debated as a scientific argument in favor of Intelligent Design (ID). The objective of this work was to analyze some molecular processes of the nucleic acids that suggest the confirmation of the ID theory, through the technique of documentary content analysis. First, the chemical structure of DNA and the combination of nitrogenous bases reflects that the genetic information of each created being is an original mixture of nitrogenous bases that makes each individual unique in the history of the world. This paper analyzes the information treatment of the Mapuche people in the newspaper El Mercurio during two periods. First, between 1950 and 1973 (twentieth century); and second, during the years 2010, 2013 and 2014, (21st century). To this end, a corpus of 340 journalistic texts has been selected, of which 147 correspond to the 20th century (1950-1970) and 193, to the 21st century (2010, 2013-2014). The analysis shows that most of the frames are linked to conflicts, criminal prosecutions and arson attacks; so that El Mercurio prioritizes connotations and negative events to inform about the Mapuche indigenous people.
