In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

Cucumis dipsaceus " hedgehog gourd ", is a plant species of the family of cucurbits considered as weeds in our region, whose fruit has secondary metabolites of industrial and pharmacological importance highlighting among them the flavonoids, glycosides, alkaloids, tannins and saponins. The latter compound has properties such as surfactant, foaming agent, anti-inflammatoryagent and hepatoprotection. Due to the properties of saponins, the present study was proposed whose main objective was to determine the operating parameters: temperature, time and solid/solvent ratio in the production process of saponin extract from the fruit of Cucumis dipsaceus " hedgehog gourd “. The process of Pre Pro- fessional Practice Management (PGPP) of the Universidad Peruana Union was optimized and automated, a subsidiary in Tarapoto (UPeU FT). La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la gestión por procesos en una empresa de logística automotriz, en el distrito de Lurín, en el año 2021. Es una investigación aplicada, no experimental, descriptiva con diseño transversal, siendo su población de estudio el área de PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection). Para medir la variable “Gestión por Procesos”, se tuvo que recolectar datos aplicando la técnica de análisis de documentos y el método observacional. Con los resultados obtenidos se logró determinar que el área de PDI ejecuta todas sus actividades como un proceso, agregando valor para mejorar el servicio brindado al cliente, siendo su nivel de servicio de 91.93% en el último periodo analizado, y destacar que las personas, materiales y recursos físicos con los que cuenta la organización, facilitan el desarrollo adecuado de sus procesos. Technological advances make more and more companies transform their manual processes into automated processes, increasing the speed and efficiency of their operations. That is the reason for this research, to test the benefits of automating the administrative processes of the Nuevavista condominium under study located in Peru, focusing on the management of reservations and incidents through the development of a mobile application following the mobile-d methodology. The article resorts to the use of a pre-experimental design with a sample of 279 for each process. This research took place from April 1st to June 30th, 2005. This is a descriptive study, and trasversal non experimental design. The sample was determined through simple randomized No Probalistic sample design. It was 123 hospitalized patients attended at the General Surgery Service. Data for 18-80 years old patients, were compiled through the observational technique using an “Ad Hoc” from. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar cómo la gestión por procesos influye en la calidad del servicio de la empresa L&M Seminario Group S.A.C, Trujillo 2021. El diseño de la investigación fue Pre-experimental con escenarios de prueba y post prueba, la muestra estuvo conformada por los 62 clientes registrados en Enero a Marzo del 2021. Se utilizaron los instrumentos de recolección de datos como la ficha resumen y el cuestionario NPS, el cual fue validado a través por 3 expertos y la confiabilidad alfa de Conbranch, teniendo como resultado 0.83.
