Phenomenology systematically clarifies the structures and processes that make possible different experiences of communication based on pre linguistic foundation. This article explores this perspective and argues that it allows a deeper comprehension of experiences of personal and social reintegration through the interaction with animals of inmates and children with autism. Also, this article follows the thesis of David Abram: that the re discovery of the amplitude od the communicational possibilities in the human beings opens up alternatives of solution to the cultural discomforts that are growing deep in contemporary urban cultures of the world.

In this research has done a web system that has been called INTERSYS, using agile development methodology Scrum, with the aim of measure the level of satisfaction of foreign students in the process of aplication for an exchange in la Universidad Católica Santos Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT). Este trabajo de investigación busca implementar un modelo de gestión de Lean Manufacturing, usando herramientas como VSM, SMED, Mantenimiento Autónomo, para mejorar el nivel de servicio en empresas de refinación de petróleo para reducir la brecha técnica de pérdidas monetarias a la empresa en cuestión. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada, se basa en un diseño de estudio de caso centrado en el estudio del pre-test y post-test para identificar las principales mejoras de este. Con respecto a los resultados, este estudio logró una reducción del 35% en las pérdidas de la empresa e incrementar 19 puntos porcentuales el nivel de servicio.

This research aims to implement a lean manufacturing management model using tools such as value stream mapping (VSM), single-minute exchange of die (SMED) and autonomous maintenance (AM) to improve the service level within petroleum refining companies. Moreover, its objective is to mitigate the technical gap that leads to monetary losses for the company in question. In terms of methodology, the research used a case study design focused on pre-test and post-test analyses to identify the key improvements. The results revealed a 35 % reduction in company losses and an increase of 19 % in the service level.

The investigation shows the results founded in the field of Reading Comprehension. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. The most important idea of the study was the significant difference in reading comprehension levels reached in the pre test and in the post test, by the group I students after applying the experimental program, and as an important improvement in the student group II.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of mentoring process and performance of the tutor in a mentoring pilot program from the perspective of student and teacher, the research design is pre experimental, application, qualitative and quantitative, the group consisted of 61 students and 12 tutors. This research had three stages; in the first teachers were trained as tutors with e-learning and was opened a virtual classroom. This article is about a company dedicated to export cloths, which outsource the process from the tissue to the garment finishing. The topic is centered in confections outsourcing, what is a MyPE and their problem respect to quality.Confections MyPEs do not count with a defined quality system, reason why the implementation of quality tools and continuous improvement to enhance their products (garment) quality standards is proposed. To implement this concept, the MyPE’s staff was trained to use quality control tools, continuous improvement tools and the auto control method. Measurements pre and post the implementation of the mentioned tools were taken. A reduction of the confection error rate of the MyPE was achieved.

The process of Pre Pro- fessional Practice Management (PGPP) of the Universidad Peruana Union was optimized and automated, a subsidiary in Tarapoto (UPeU FT). The development of the design is based on interviews conducted at the operational level as the headmaster’s; the process optimization was performed using a tool for BPM mo- deling. The research proposed to implement Lean Six Sigma in a restaurant company to improve the service quality of Siu Mai snacks delivered via delivery. The study was based on a pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach and evaluating customer perception before and after using the Servqual method. In the initial analysis, lack of employee induction, poor order management and lack of process evaluation were found as causes of low quality. Using DMAIC, processes were improved with BPMN and Kanban to follow the order flow, which optimized processes, reduced waiting times and improved service quality. The results showed that the Servqual score improved from 4.07 to 6.09, while the CP and CPK indicators improved significantly.
