This article allows us to show in a descriptive and analytical, based on scientific evidence of a social, psychological and clinical, those impact caused by the excess or abuse of digital technology through the use of cell phones or smartphones, tablets with access to the Internet, the, which bring as consequences to the child who uses it, metabolic repercussions such as obesity, functional repercussions such as visual fatigue, dizziness, anxiety or drowsiness; as well as psychological alterations in which the reactions of irritability predominate, behavior problems (tantrums, aggressiveness, little tolerance for frustration), insomnia, greater tendency to depression and even suicides (in the adolescent age). Este trabajo tiene por objetivo estudiar el verso denominado polirritmo a partir de las reflexiones y de la práctica que desarrollaron Manuel González Prada y Juan Parra del Riego. Dicha práctica, además, se convierte en una propuesta de verso alternativa en el proceso de formación de la práctica del verso libre en el Perú; así, ambos poetas se adhieren al polirritmo con plena conciencia de lo que su uso implica. El marco teórico en el que se sustenta este trabajo se basa en los planteamientos de la versología moderna de Oldrich Belic y en una metodología descriptiva y funcional. Para lograr el propósito del trabajo, se procede a dividirlo en una introducción y dos apartados. En el primero, se estudia el ideario del polirritmo en los dos poeta y en el segundo, se examina un poema de cada autor para identificar sus semejanzas y diferencias.

Introduction: The increase in ultra-processed foods (UPFs) intake has raised concerns about its impact on public health. Prospective observational studies have reported significant associations between higher intake of UPFs and adverse health outcomes. The aim of this study is to determine whether these associations could be confirmed in randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Methods: We conducted a systematic review to analyze the evidence on the effects of UPFs intake on health. A systematic search was conducted in Medline, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, LILACS, and CENTRAL up to April 22, 2024. Objective: To optimize the process of prior evaluation in mergers and acquisitions in Peru. Method: It is a descriptive and correlational investigation. The comparative law was used as analysis methodology for the law projects under study. Results: In the analysis of the economic impact, the sample consisted of 1 750 companies according to annual sales value and economic sectors such as lawyer services and agroindustries. From the judgment of the Barrios Altos case vs. Peru, the InterAmerican Court of Human Rights began to develop the concept of «serious violations of rights» and their consequences in the national criminal sphere. Despite being a consolidated standard, nowadays there are still doubts about what acts should be classified under such legal category and if it is correct to limit certain procedural and criminal guarantees in order to achieve their criminalization. This paper explains these controversies in order to propose a legal solution that avoids impunity and ensures the legitimacy of the legal system.

ANTECEDENTES: Los estudios científicos evidencian polémicas sobre la asociación entre la asociación de doble carga y rendimiento académico. OBJETIVO: Evaluar la asociación entre la doble carga de malnutrición y el rendimiento académico en escolares de 7 a 11 años de una Institución Educativa Privada, Lima 2024. MÉTODOS: El estudio fue cuantitativo, descriptivo y correlacional, basado en una muestra no probabilística, elaborado en niños de 2do a 6to de primaria de una institución educativa. Para evaluar el rendimiento académico se utilizó la escala del MINEDU y para la doble carga de malnutrición se usó las curvas de crecimiento según OMS. Adicionalmente se tomó en cuenta la actividad física, frecuencia de consumo de ultraprocesados y nivel socioeconómico. In making these activities generates impact the environment concerning the flora, fauna, socio-economics, etc. That is why the Ministry of Environment evaluates the environmental impact by parameters such as size, nature, which must give the final result if it is viable or not to continue with the mining project. The process of evaluation of environmental impact can last for months, even years. This article proposes criteria for environmental impact assessment in the mining sector may serve to support decision making.

The present paper seeks to describe the process of recognition of gender identity as a prohibited reason for discrimination in International Human Rights Law (hereafter, IHRL) and show how this has allowed a better protection of the rights of trans people. For it, this document realizes a classification of the speeches that have addressed the situation of these people and their relationship with the law. On this basis, it is postulated that the IHRL have supported a model that seeks the depathologization of trans identities and it is explained which the actual protection standard that States must comply in order to protect the right of identity of that population.
