This study presents the design exploration and kinematic validation of a transtibial prosthesis based on a 2SPU-RU parallel mechanism. The prototype is currently at Technology Readiness Level 3 (TRL 3), indicating an early-stage concept that has been evaluated under controlled conditions. The mechanism replicates dorsiflexion–plantarflexion, inversion–eversion, and abduction–adduction, corresponding to ankle motion in the sagittal, frontal, and transverse anatomic planes. The system integrates electric actuators and an ESP32 DevKit V1 microcontroller to control joint movements. Objective: This study analyzes practical, didactic, and evaluative experiences in the context of university professional practice, drawing on the narratives of 47 students (from initial, intermediate, and final internships) and 9 tutor-teachers from two campuses of a state university in southern Chile. Method: Data were collected through discussion groups guided by a thematically validated script and analyzed using structural analysis, applying a parallel structure in the form of binary discourse. Results: The findings show that tutor-teacher supervision promotes dialogic learning and that the emotional dimension is a central component of student–teacher interactions. The study had the objective of analyzing the psychometric properties of the Brief Academic Procrastination Scale (EBPA-16). The sample was non-probabilistic and intentional, represented by 478 university students (59.8% women and 40.2% men) from Lima Sur, aged between 18 and 33 years. The study was of the instrumental type, where the EBPA-16 was constructed and applied, made up of 16 items distributed in two dimensions, with a Lickert-type response scale with 5 response options. The results demonstrated the presence of content validity due to Aiken’s V values greater than .80. Homogeneity indices were found in the items (ritc >.20) and multicollinearity was rejected (ritc <.95). The main purpose of this study was to verify the factorial structure of the two scales that make up the Multicultural Inventory of Expression of Anger and Hostility from a confirmatory perspective. We performed the Confirmatory Factor Analysis with a non-probability sample of 264 participants from a private university in Lima, Peru. The sampling included university students (25%), faculty members (17.8%) and administrative staff (57.2%). This research analyzes the relationship between public spending on law and order and the indicators of citizen security in the department of Loreto during the period 2013–2024. The study was conducted under a quantitative, non experimental, longitudinal, and correlational approach, using secondary data obtained from official sources such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), and the National Police of Peru (PNP). The importance of reducing delivery times is vital for customer loyalty and the reduction of losses due to cancellation of orders, this being the problem that was developed in the investigation. El presente estudio de tipo tecnológico y diseño psicométrico tiene como objetivo establecer las propiedades psicométricas del Cuestionario de Autoconcepto Físico (CAF) en deportistas de un instituto deportivo nacional filial Trujillo. Este estudio se realizó con una muestra de 350 deportistas conformada por 234 varones y 116 mujeres a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario de manera individual. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que al estimar la validez de constructo del instrumento, mediante el método Ítem – test, los treinta y seis ítems que lo constituyen, registran índices de homogeneidad superiores al valor minino sugerido (.20), los mismos que registran valores entre .291 y .702. Se desarrollaron y validaron por primera vez métodos de HPLC simples, estereoselectivos, precisos, reproducibles e isocráticos para la cuantificación de enantiómeros de hesperetina, naringenina y eriodictiol. Se estudiaron los parámetros farmacocinéticos estereoespecíficos tras la administración intravenosa de hesperetina, naringenina y eriodictiol en ratas, se caracterizaron y modelaron utilizando el software farmacocinético WinNonlin®. Cada flavanona se sometió a una glucuronidación extensa y se eliminó predominantemente por vías no renales. Se observaron diferencias en los parámetros farmacocinéticos entre los enantiómeros. Objetivo: Evaluar el método directo en la identificación y antibiograma de Enterobacterias en pacientes con bacteriuria significativa atendidos en el Hospital Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé. Materiales y Método: Estudio descriptivo de corte transversal. Se procesó 173 muestras de orina con sospecha de bacteriuria significativa, inoculándose directamente la muestra en medios diferenciales y en dos placas de agar Mueller Hinton al que se le colocó 10 antibióticos; paralelamente, se procesó las muestras según el protocolo estandarizados para urocultivo, identificando el uropatógeno por las reacciones presentadas en la serie bioquímica y categorizando los halos de inhibición antibiótica según los puntos de corte vigentes señalada por la CLSI.
