La investigación está centrada en la problemática relativa a la pérdida del costo o gasto por falta de sustentación fehaciente en una operación tributaria. Ello debido al desincentivo generada por la Ley 28186 en el uso de la microforma. Para lo cual se analizó las definiciones detalladas en el decreto legislativo 681 vinculadas a la microforma, microarchivo, entre otras definiciones. El presente trabajo desarrolla un modelo de optimización para el proceso de reabastecimiento en un centro de distribución perteneciente a un operador logístico del sector consumo masivo. La empresa presentaba demoras recurrentes en la entrega de pedidos, ocasionadas principalmente por un reabastecimiento reactivo, la dispersión de productos de alta rotación y la falta de criterios definidos para la asignación de ubicaciones en el primer nivel. Estas deficiencias generaban picking en altura, recorridos excesivos, interrupciones constantes durante el proceso y riesgo de incumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio establecidos con el cliente. El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la gestión del diseño en proyectos bajo la modalidad EPC Fast-Track, tomando como caso de estudio la etapa de diseño para la construcción del cerco perimetral de un aeropuerto ubicado en el sur del Perú. En este tipo de contratos, las fases de diseño, procura y construcción se desarrollan en paralelo, lo que incrementa la complejidad y los riesgos de interferencias si no se implementan mecanismos de control adecuados. Se identificó que una gestión deficiente en la etapa de diseño puede generar retrasos significativos, incluso en paquetes que no forman parte de la ruta crítica, afectando directamente el cronograma general del proyecto.
