This article offers to examine the main content related to two comparative socio-educational normative frameworks, based on dimensions in social ethics and human development. Contemporary religious literature raises referential content to ethical-social learning in accordance with individual moral thought, on the other hand, the globalized capabilities approach maintains that a utilitarian or mercantilist educational policy generates educational-training neglect in human development as a starting point. Methodologically, through the comparative analysis, parallel and contemporary basic premises are identified in both normative frameworks, since the premises in Jorge Bergoglio's literature hypothetically coincide with the related proposal of the capabilities approach of Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum. The work analyzes the contributions of Mercedes Rodrigo Bellido and Victoria Bossio Herrera, pioneers of psychology in Colombia, highlighting their impact from complementary approaches. Rodrigo, born in Spain, introduced psychotechnics and founded the first university psychology program in the country, consolidating the discipline as autonomous and applied to vocational guidance and child well-being. An assessment of part of a family planning program is presented in a social environment characterized by high fertility, low contraceptive use and knowledge and great interest in information and practice of family planning methods. Accidental pregnancy rates and subsequent expulsions are similar to those found in urban environments and sea level. By contrast, first expulsions rates are higher than those established for suburban and metropolitan populations sea level, so it could be considered an effect of biological, possibly related to altitude conditions. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que las matrices y los sistemas de ecuaciones lineales es un campo de estudio del Álgebra Lineal, curso que se imparte en la universidad a todos aquellos que estudian educación matemática, ciencias e ingeniería. Lo que originó el estudio de las matrices fue encontrar la solución a un sistema de ecuaciones lineales que, a su vez, dio como consecuencia al planteo en su forma matricial, esto motivó al estudio de las propiedades de las matrices. El presente es un estudio transversal y descriptivo realizado en 23 instituciones educativas estatales del distrito de Villa El Salvador, con el objetivo de determinar las concentraciones de nitritos y nitratos presentes en los hot dogs de consumo directo que se expenden en dichas instituciones educativas, debido a sus reconocidos efectos tóxicos sobre la salud, como son la metahemoglobinemia y la formación de nitrosaminas carcinogénicas. Para tal fin, se determinaron las concentraciones de estos aditivos mediante análisis espectrofotométrico en un equipo Spectronic – G Bauch y Lomb, y luego se comparó estos valores con las cantidades establecidas por las normativas nacional (INDECOPI) e internacional (Codex Alimentarius) vigentes.
