This article offers to examine the main content related to two comparative socio-educational normative frameworks, based on dimensions in social ethics and human development. Contemporary religious literature raises referential content to ethical-social learning in accordance with individual moral thought, on the other hand, the globalized capabilities approach maintains that a utilitarian or mercantilist educational policy generates educational-training neglect in human development as a starting point. Methodologically, through the comparative analysis, parallel and contemporary basic premises are identified in both normative frameworks, since the premises in Jorge Bergoglio's literature hypothetically coincide with the related proposal of the capabilities approach of Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum. The educational theory of learning styles seeks to develop meaningful learning in students, to achieve adequate professional skills, being a relevant pedagogical vision in the current educational field. On the other hand, current research is rediscovering the Inca worldview, and allowing the theorizing of a good learning system called in Quechua allinta, based on a code of evaluative principles that allowed training specialists in various fields of knowledge, known as kamayoq. This study allows us to analyze the possible parallelism of current learning styles with the ancient educational worldview of the Incas, because despite referring to different educational contexts, they allowed the achievement of the technical abilities of the Inca kamayoq, similar to the skills of the current professional.

The present research work aims to determine the psychometric properties of the Rosenberg self-esteem scale; It is instrumental, involving a sample with 115 higher education students from Tacna between 18 to 55 years old. Item analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory analysis, bifactor, parallel analysis, reliability were performed and percentiles were determined. The results indicate that items 6 and 8 are not adequate for the negative dimension and this same dimension is not adequate according to the total variance explained; In the confirmatory analysis, the GFI adjustment index was not optimal, the parallel analysis using the least squares method recommends two dimensions and explains 59% of the explained variance, it was analyzed according to the adjustment indices for a bifactor that cannot be a one-dimensional scale.

Objective: This study analyzes practical, didactic, and evaluative experiences in the context of university professional practice, drawing on the narratives of 47 students (from initial, intermediate, and final internships) and 9 tutor-teachers from two campuses of a state university in southern Chile. Method: Data were collected through discussion groups guided by a thematically validated script and analyzed using structural analysis, applying a parallel structure in the form of binary discourse. Results: The findings show that tutor-teacher supervision promotes dialogic learning and that the emotional dimension is a central component of student–teacher interactions. Based on an extensive literature review, the paper identifies the main determinants of economic productivity as innovation, education, market efficiency, infrastructure, and institutions. Based on underlying proxies, the paper constructs indexes representing each of the main categories of productivity determinants and, combining them through principal component analysis, obtains an overall determinant index. Background: Patients' lack of knowledge about their own disease may function as a barrier to shared decision-making and well-being. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of written educational materials on breast cancer patients. Methods: This multicenter, parallel, unblinded, randomized trial included Latin American women aged ≥18 years with a recent breast cancer diagnosis yet to start systemic therapy. Participants underwent randomization in a 1:1 ratio to receive a customizable or standard educational brochure. The primary objective was accurate identification of molecular subtype. This research aims to compare some variables with students enrolled in a Higher Education Institution (IES) pursuing distance-virtual undergraduate programs. The sample included students from the Faculty of Distance Studies (FAEDIS) at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG). A parallel was drawn between the 2015-II and 2024-I periods, comparing economic, demographic, and institutional aspects. A descriptive methodology was used, using a survey instrument that corresponded to a sample of 15.2% of the enrolled student body. The above shows that a significant proportion of the students who responded were between 22 and 35 years old, indicating a young adult population.
