Nowadays, some of the most popular tools for parallel programming are Message Passing Interface and Open Multi-Processing. It is of interest to compare these tools in solving the same kind of problems, because of the use of different approaches to inter-task communication. This work attempts to contribute to this goal by running trials in a centralized shared memory architecture in the case of problems with an entirely parallel solution. The selected case study was the parallel computation of Mandelbrot set. Trials were conducted for different iteration limits, processors amount, and C++ implementation variants. Metal mining is one of the economic pillars of the Peruvian economy. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. Style transfer is a natural language processing generation task, it consists of substituting one given writing style for another one. In this work, we seek to perform informal-to-formal style transfers in the English language by using a style transfer model that takes advantage of the GPT-2. This process is shown in our web interface where the user input a informal message by text or voice. Our target audience are students and professionals in the need to improve the quality of their work by formalizing their texts. A style transfer is considered successful when the original semantic meaning of the message is preserved after the independent style has been replaced with a formal one with a high degree of grammatical correctness. Dadurch hervorgerufene Verformungen der Reflektoroberfläche verändern deren geometrischen Eigenschaften und können die ursprüngliche Position und Form des Brennpunkts verändern. Eine Abweichung dieses Brennpunkt von der Lage der Primärantenne beeinflusst die Leistungsfähigkeit des Teleskops. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt eine Methode zur theoretischen Abschätzung der Verformung durch das Eigengewicht des Reflektors des INRAS RT–20. This article describes the construction of the Family Planning Knowledge Test for Promotors through a process which assured the test content validity, intemal consistency of scores, and parallel-test reliability. The test is presented in two equivalent versions, A and B, with 80 multiplechoice items esch. It generales separate scores for four thematic areas: Oral Contraceptives, Barrier Methods, Reproductive System, and Institucional Policy/Intrauterine Devices; additionally, it produces several composite scores and a total score. The test psychometric properties, research applications, and practical use are discussed.

El estudio ha arrojado resultados positivos desde el punto de vista comercial técnico y económico.
