The effects of the implementation of a program based on the 5S methodology for the minimization of risks and accidents at work in an Electrical Services company (Lima - Peru) were evaluated. The study is of an applied type and of a pre-experimental design, the analysis unit covered 19 operational and administrative units of the company in question during the years 2022 and 2023. The data collection was carried out by the observation method, using checklists, records of inspections and accidents that were validated by the criteria of judges. The comparative analysis was carried out after verifying the normality of the data, determining the use of the Student's t test. The study arises in the context of changes in the university system from the validity of the University Law 30220 that regulates the development of researches. The present study takes Leoncio Prado´s Province as a geographical area in the Region Huánuco. The analysis is recounted to the social programs that mothers have as mission help to raise the food and nutricional level of groups in situation of extreme poverty, focalizando as the first priority to children fron zero to 7 years, gestantes and nursing children; and as the second priority to children fron 7 to 12 years in condition (state) of malnutrition and elders in situation of social risk. The research was carried out with the objective of determining the effectiveness of the self-control program based on neurolinguistic programming (PNL) for the reduction of work stress in workers of the tax administration management of a municipality of Peru. The method used in this research is the pre-experimental method. The population of this study was thirty workers, the technique used is non-probability sampling. The instrument for measuring stress was the stress questionnaire from the Colombian Ministry of Social Protection. The results of a qualitative research were exposed, whose objective was to analyze and understand the manifestation of workplace harassment in women of Chilean psychosocial programs that provided care work to victims of violence. Sampling was done intentionally and for convenience. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 women from psychosocial programs of SENAME and SERNAMEG. The content-thematic analysis was carried out for the constructed data. The results showed that the exposure to workplace harassment was stigmatizing, mainly perpetrated by harassment to work, faced preferably with individual defensive strategies. The working conditions were syndicated as the main causes of workplace harassment. It is concluded that it involved damage to mental health and the rights of the workers.

This article describes and analyses the present conditions of the application of the Public Work Tax Deduction (PWTD) mechanism, identifying six main obstacles that difficult on a appreciable way his concrete implementation or the rate of it.For this purpose, this study has identify and analyze the 30 main highlights that conform the critical path of PWTD process, determining the actual times for his performance and comparing them with the legal times established on the PWTD actual law, and so with the optimal times reasonably according with the experience on the public management of similar work projects.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan la insatisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Lely Special Corporation SAC durante el 2017. Se caracteriza por ser cuali-cuantitativo de diseño descriptivo no experimental. Para la obtención de los datos estadísticos se utilizó la encuesta, cuyo instrumento es la encuesta de opinión; el mismo que se aplicó a una muestra de 76 colaboradores con edades que fluctúan entre 20 a 63 años de edad, que ocupan el cargo de auxiliares de despacho en el área de distribución de líquidos. De acuerdo al análisis estadístico se concluye que el 48,68% se encuentra en desacuerdo con la satisfacción con la labor que realizan y el 51,32%.

In the present’s paper studying a strategy for a typo of convex problem, we treat a linear programming problem whose coefficient of decision variables in the objective function has a nonlinear behavior. When the coefficients are constant the Simplex Method solves these problems without much difficulty, but when the coefficients are no longer constant and the Simplex does not work. We propose a technique that exploits the convex behavior of these coefficients and uses the theory of approximation by piecewise linear functions.

Introduction. Technology offers a different approach regarding learning abilities and the activities that students engage in using communication tools such as WhatsApp. Objective. To describe the assessment of the WhatsApp application for collaborative work in post-graduate students of health services management. Methods. A quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional study. The Questionnaire to assess the use of WhatsApp for regulating group work, composed of 59 questions and 4 dimensions was used. Results. In the dimensional analysis, the answers from low-value responses were the most frequent in all cases. Second semester students responded favorably to the use of WhatsApp, while fourth semester students had a negative response in all dimensions. El diseño del transportador helicoidal con inclinación variable se evaluó mediante la norma CEMA, la cual se ha determinado los parámetros de diseño para una capacidad de 1.5 ton/h, se obtuvo una potencia de selección de motor de 0.14 KW para una variación del ángulo entre 0 a 35°. El transportador helicoidal tiene una longitud total de 2m y un diámetro de helicoide de 9 pulgadas, transportando así la carga a 12 rpm. De acuerdo a la literatura se realizaron los cálculos respectivos del tornillo transportador ya que ha sido la encargada de soportar la fuerza axial de 2.2 kN, a 35°de inclinación, y a su vez se determinó una deflexión de 0.167 mm en posición horizontal. Dentro de los componentes del transportador helicoidal, se determinó el volumen de la tolva de 0.059 m3 y un espesor de 2mm. This research was aimed at determining to what extent factors prior to university admission, motivational factors, and institutional experiences explain the academic persistence of students in the University Leveling Term (CIU) at the Simon Bolivar University - Coastal Campus. An explanatory-type quantitative study was proposed, which involved a non-experimental cross-sectional retrospective causal relationship design. The sample consisted of 101 students (50.5% female) with an average age of 17.90 years (SD = 2.37).
