This article develops the regulation of the evidentiary activity provided for in the New Labor Procedural Law. In this sense, the study of the three-dimensional theory of evidence; evidence as a fundamental right; the issue of the exclusion of evidence; the means of evidence admissible in the labor process; the opportunity to offer them and their performance; the exceptionality of ex officio evidence; the burden of proof and its reversal; evidence; what should be understood by evaluation of evidence; as well as presumptions in the labor process, in order to, finally, formulate the respective conclusions.

El presente trabajo analizó el precedente administrativo de observancia obligatoria emitido por el Tribunal del Servicio Civil por medio de la Resolución de Sala Plena, Resolución 003-2020-TSC/SERVIR, respecto a la falta de hostigamiento sexual tipificada en la Ley 29444, Ley de Reforma Magisterial, sobre la valoración de los medios de prueba, acreditación y motivación de la imputación de la falta. Ante un sistema penitenciario en pésimas condiciones, se hizo una revisión entre los factores que ocasionan este mal estado. Representar la mayor cantidad de valores de los ecosistemas en términos económicos siempre ha sido un desafío para los métodos valorativos, considerando sus limitaciones inherentes. Choice Experiment (CE) y Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) son técnicas que destacan por su capacidad para representar preferencias teóricas e individuales sobre los atributos de los ecosistemas. En esta investigación se integró ambas técnicas con el objetivo de asignar valor económico (VE) a la mayor cantidad posible de servicios ecosistémicos (SE) de los Bosques Secos del Marañón (BSM). This paper discusses the pricing of arithmetic Asian options when the underlying stock follows the constant elasticity of variance (CEV) process. We build a binomial tree method to estimate the CEV process and use it to price arithmetic Asian options. We find that the binomial tree method for the lognormal case can effectively solve the computational problems arising from the inherent complexities of arithmetic Asian options when the stock price follows CEV process. We present numerical results to demonstrate the validity and the convergence of the approach for the different parameter values set in CEV process.
