La presente investigación fue realizada con el objetivo de aislar, caracterizar y evaluar la actividad antibacteriana de actinomicetos de las Salinas de Mórrope-Lambayeque. Para esto se establecieron dos zonas de muestreo (zona A y zona B) que estuvo constituido por 14 muestras. Se llegó aislar 37 cepas de actinomicetos a las que se evaluó su actividad antibacteriana frente a dos patógenos S. aureus meticilino resistente y E. coli productor de betalactamasas de espectro extendido. El aislamiento se realizó en Agar Marino (AM), en el que predominaron las colonias circulares-blancas (29.7%) y circularescremas (24.3%), también se realizó la prueba de tolerancia a la sal (NaCl), clasificándolos en Halotolerantes y Halófilos débiles.
