Introducción: esta investigacion aborda la complejidad de la distribución de bienes en parejas que no están legalmente casadas pero que comparten una vida en común, lo cual plantea desafíos legales y sociales significativos. Objetivo: Analizar cómo repercute el proceso de separación de patrimonio de las uniones de hecho por el Tribunal Registral de Lima 2019-2021, Metodología: Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo en la investigación, con un diseño metodológico no experimental de tipo transversal, que tuvo un carácter descriptivo y explicativo, como instrumento se recurrio a entrevistas . This study sets out to establish the effects of problem-based learning on translator instrumental competence in students of the School of Translation and Interpretation of a private university in the city of Lima. Focused on the search for explanations regarding ability to know how to translate, present and absent in university students and if this competence was due to the multiple tasks assigned. Developed within the neo-positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, substantive type, non-experimental design, deductive hypothetical method. The population consisted of 233 students and the sample of 145 calculated by random probabilistic sampling, which were supplied with a battery of questions (Likert scale). La legislación peruana brinda reconocimiento y protección a la unión de hecho en su forma legal de unión de hecho propia. Asimismo, su equiparación al matrimonio constituye la tendencia de las actuales leyes. Un aspecto de suma importancia, donde no se evidencia la mencionada equiparación, es la presunción de paternidad, cuyos afectados resultan ser los concebidos en las uniones de hecho propia, y cuyos efectos se hallan en conflicto con los derechos de los niños. The objective of this research study was to determine the relationship between the motivation of achievement and the resolution of problems with linear functions of the students of Foundations of Calculus for the afternoon course of the Faculty of Business at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, 2017. This study was developed within a quantitative approach, with a hypothetical deductive method and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 76 students of Foundations of Calculus from the Faculty of Business of the aforementioned university.
