The observation of linguistic diversity is frequently used as a datum to explain cultural diversity. In this way, two types of experiences, very different in their mode of constitution, are homologized, making it impossible to derive valuable consequences that would help us understand them. We aim to, first of all, review the assumptions of this theoretical attitude, which describes language as a product, and then to present some features of Ricoeur's position, which assumes it as a process oriented towards understanding.

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el uso de plantas medicinales para tratar los dolores menstruales en mujeres del distrito de Pariahuanca. El método de investigación fue cuantitativo y utilizó un diseño descriptivo transversal no experimental. Los resultados mostraron que el (58,81%) usaba algún tipo de planta medicinal para tratar los dolores menstruales, el 41,19% restante no usaba este tipo de tratamiento, la planta más utilizada para este fin es el orégano, con un 26,87%. El apio ocupa el segundo lugar, utilizado por el 24,78% de los encuestados. Se concluye que los resultados brindan información relevante sobre el uso de plantas medicinales en el manejo del dolor menstrual.

Introducción: Actualmente, diversas culturas tienen distintas prácticas para tratar enfermedades, incluida el manejo de la diarrea en niños, donde las madres desempeñan un papel esencial, reflejando la diversidad en el cuidado. Objetivo: Comprender las prácticas culturales que emplean las madres para tratar la diarrea en sus niños menores de 5 años, con enfoque Leininger, Chiclayo, 2023. Métodos: Enfoque cualitativo de diseño etnográfico, con una muestra de 14 madres de niños menores de 5 años en el Centro de Salud de Cerropon, y se determinó por los criterios de saturación y redundancia, el muestreo fue no probabilístico, por conveniencia. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue realizar simulaciones Monte Carlo de Radioterapia de dosis bajas (LDRT) con haces de kilo voltaje administrando dosis de 0.3, 0.5 y 1.0 Gy a los pulmones, para determinar la idoneidad dosimétrica y contar con un método alternativo de tratamiento de pacientes con neumonía por COVID-19, para ello se utilizará un maniquí antropomórfico matemático, imágenes de tomografía computarizada de un paciente infectado con COVID – 19 y espectros de rayos X producidos por los sistemas de diagnóstico por imágenes con diferentes HVL (capa hemirreductora). Being the Gender (gender), a term that can become polysemic and perhaps more used than the term sex, it is considered crucial to go to the root of the philosophies that have been the basis for the construction of the Gender Theory as it is described, as it is currently proposed. Without claiming to be exhaustive, we present some modern and contemporary philosophers who may have had a relevant impact in this subject. In the first section, we will mention the so-called ”masters of suspicion” highlighting the influence and impact left by their postulates. The second Section will deal with three philosophers who, having inherited the proposals of their predecessors, each one emphasizes poststructuralist approaches.

Objective: To analyze the potential for innovation in dressings to treat chronic wounds in the City of Lima. Methods: A qualitative study was carried out by means of interviews to medical experts and purchasing managers of medical supplies for the treatment of difficult-to-resolve wounds in 8 representative public health institutions with categories 1-4 within the only 54 of Lima, Peru - 2018. Results: It was determined that an average of 17 patients is treated in public health institutions on a monthly basis (60% from hospitalization and 40% from an outpatient office). It is equivalent to say that 11,016 patients present chronic wounds of difficult resolution each year, which will require specialized treatment and an average annual demand of 110,160 dressings in stock. The application of different unit root statistics is by now a standard practice in empirical work. Even when it is a practical issue, these statistics have complex nonstandard distributions depending on functionals of certain stochastic processes, and their derivations represent a barrier even for many theoretical econometricians. These derivations are based on rigorous and fundamental statistical tools which are not (very) well known by standard econometricians.
