Inclusive education is an urgent need in the Peruvian educational system. The Education Act states that this is a right for all without distinction, however education for children with special abilities have been locked up in special schools, limiting participants to a confined education, avoiding social interaction with peers and socialization in their midst. The research presented aims to provide input regarding the updating of teaching and non-teachers working in special and basic education in regular primary education, it is proposed a training program in Inclusive Education and its new approach to help to overcome the condition of children with special educational needs for social integration.

La investigación, consistió en comprobar la efectividad del Programa de Entrenamiento de habilidades sociales “Nous”, en los estudiantes del primer año de diferentes especialidades en la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio valdizan (UNHEVAL), la muestra de estudio fue 82 alumnos, con diseño de un solo grupo y con pre y postest. Luego de haber sido sometidos al tratamiento con el programa “Nous”, los alumnos cambiaron positivamente en sus comportamientos sociales, se mostraron empáticos, asertivos, comunicativos, lo que indica una mejora considerable de sus habilidades sociales.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo Comprobar que el programa de capacitación en las TIC mejora el manejo del paquete office de los docentes del IESTP “Alto Mayo”, provincia de Moyobamba, 2019, en donde el tipo de investigación es aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño pre experimental, las técnicas utilizadas fueron: la experimentación, observación y análisis de datos y el instrumento: Prueba sobre manejo del paquete office, se trabajó con una población y muestra 30 docentes, de los cuales 17 son varones y 13 son mujeres seleccionados con un muestreo no probabilístico. Peru has undergone significant economic growth, but inequality between different groups still exists. In order to improve the training of professionals in Peruvian regions, the Master’s Program in Community Psychology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú has developed different training programs in Cusco, Ayacucho and Huancavelica. These are excluded regions affected by social violence due to past conflict. This article describes and analyzes the characteristics and the impact of training programs on participants and the population. Furthermore, this article reflects on how to develop vocational training to foster and recreate knowledge in a way that avoids reproducing relations of domination. The con­ tribution of Community Psychology is highlighted, as well as the professional, political and personal training in Community Psychology.

The permanent improvement of professionals in Cuba is a priority of Higher Education, universities make countless efforts to guarantee it in all its areas; In the case of mathematics teachers, this is essential, because in addition to the difficulties in learning its contents, there is a great variety in the training of the teachers who teach it. The master's degree in University Mathematical Education, which is developed at the University of Holguín, tries to address this situation from the permanent training of professionals who work as teachers of this discipline in Higher Education. The sample consisted in 14 teachers of Understanding of the Environment, Language and Communication, and Mathematics courses, to who were applied the Economic Literacy Test for Adults (TAE-A) (Gempp, Denegri, Catalan, Caripán, Hermosilla & Caprile, 2007) and the Pattern of Observation of Teaching Practices (Denegri, 2005).
